We use Limble at Astra to track 23 CNC machines plus more than a dozen more custom build rocket fabrication machines. I am not just able to be twice as effective when I use Limble but more like three or four times more useful. I am able to track mine and my employees time spent actually helping the company. I was able to fully integrate our shop with a lot less effort than other systems. I have more than one hundred assets with more than seven hundred individual PM's programmed in and we keep the entire show running with two people. The best thing in my opinion is the customer support that is always available. I am not super great at computers, but if I ever run into issues I can just reach out to the little bubble on the bottom right hand side and a real human will help me troubleshoot. Garbage in garbage out. That's not Limbles fault. There are things to consider like when I update the hours on a machine if I am not careful and accidently type in a number that makes no sense it will create problems. For example if I have a machine that had 11150 hours on it last week and I accidentely type in 15000 hours it will trigger all the maintenance that should have been performed in that time period.

1. Limble can be slow at times which causes challenges for my team. This has happened more recently and I need to see if on my side or their side.
2. Part search - this is still an issue and brought up on day 1. The idea of smart search with wild cards would help until full asset association is set up.
3. Reporting to those outside of Limble is not as easy as I would hope. My managment group wants a daily report sent via email and I have to manually this. This wasn't the case with my old system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
