“I’ve found the issue codes in PICS to be incredibly helpful and efficient. They allow me to close work orders within just a few minutes, which not only saves a significant amount of time but also improves the overall accuracy of the data recorded on the data sheets. This streamlined process reduces the chance of errors and ensures that all necessary information is properly documented and easily accessible.

Since using PICS, my workflow has become much smoother and more organized. The system’s layout is intuitive, and the functionality is well designed to support daily operations without unnecessary complexity. Compared to other CMS platforms I’ve used in the past, PICS stands out as the most reliable and user-friendly. I’m genuinely impressed with its performance and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient and accurate CMS solution.”

The best thing about Fiix CMMS is how easy and organized it makes maintenance work. You don’t feel confused or overloaded. everything work orders, assets, schedules, inventory is neatly arranged in one place, so you can find what you need quickly. another thing I appreciate is that Fiix gives clear reports and dashboards. It shows what work is pending, what is completed, and where problems keep happening. This helps teams make smarter decisions instead of guessing

Some features feel slow at times, especially when loading large lists of work orders or assets. It can make you wait longer than expected.

Fiix CMMS mainly solves the problem of unorganized maintenance work. Before using it, tasks, schedules, and equipment details can be scattered in spreadsheets, papers, or people’s memory. Fiix brings everything together in one place, so nothing gets missed.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

The user interface is extremely easy to use. FIIX has put significant effort into the development of their CMMS, especially in areas like screen design and reporting. The integration team has also been very supportive, assisting us in configuring the system to fit our specific requirements.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

Aside from the usual adjustment period that comes with learning a new CMMS, I haven't encountered any major issues or concerns so far. However, I have noticed that the MRO Inventory system has some limitations, particularly when it comes to filtering and searching for parts inventory across different sites.

Achieving standardization across several plants can be challenging, especially when each facility has a different level of CMMS maturity and a unique organizational culture.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

By just scanning the asset's QR code, I am able to access information about any asset almost immediately. FIIX also ensures that everyone is held accountable. In the past, there was no way to hold accountability to hearsay.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The only aspect I wish could be improved is that the very top row of any page moves when I scroll. I would prefer it to stay frozen, so the information at the top remains visible as I navigate down the page. For instance, in any of the widgets that open, the description of that row scrolls away with the rest of the page, which makes it harder to keep track of the information.

Accountability and inventory control have both improved. FIIX has also contributed to fostering a stronger culture across the company, benefiting everyone from upper management to the production team.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

The customization of the system is my favorite feature. Fiix can be tailored to the exact needs of your business and gives you the control you need to improve efficiency where it matters most.
Fiix also has excellent customer support, and they have helped our integration during every step, teaching best practices and ensuring that the system is as healthy and easy to use as possible.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The only downside that I see is the steep learning curve for maintenance teams that are used to older systems, but with proper implementation and and the use of Fiix's training methods this shouldn't be an issue.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped us to organize our entire Asset tree for ease of access to PMs, warranties, maintenance schedules, and more. Our production team now has better communication with maintenance through the WO request system, enabling us to respond to breakdowns faster than ever.

What I dislike about FIXX and their approach to customer service is simple:

Rigid, anti-customer policies — I asked to downgrade from a premium subscription to a basic one, and was told that wasn’t allowed. Not “not right now,” not “let’s find a solution,” just a flat no. That’s absurd. 

No path for escalation — When I wanted to discuss the issue with someone higher up, I was blocked. Instead, I was left trapped in the customer service echo chamber, talking to reps who could only repeat the same dead-end policy.

A culture of gatekeeping instead of problem-solving — Customer service is supposed to serve the customer, not wall them off from management or resolution. Instead, I was left feeling stonewalled, unheard, and disrespected.

At the end of the day, refusing to let a paying customer make a reasonable change to their subscription — and refusing to allow escalation — is the definition of bad customer service. It’s short-sighted, insulting, and leaves me questioning whether FIXX values customers at all, beyond their wallets.

Crazy thing is, I wanted to go from two professional seats to five basic seats, which cumulatively is a whole premium seat more than they would receive per month. Wild.

The inability to switch from professional seats to basic; and the fact that if you cancel your subscription your account becomes deactivated at the end of its final billing period.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

I love the intuitive layout of Fiix CMMS, which makes it easy to create dashboards and access analytics efficiently. The ability to see the exact data I need, whether it's uptime, cost of labor, or cost of parts, adds significant value to my maintenance management processes. The support staff has been especially helpful and attentive when I reach out with questions or have bug reports, consistently demonstrating care and promptness in addressing my needs. Additionally, the initial setup of Fiix CMMS was straightforward, thanks to the mass import feature that made loading all our assets into the system a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

I find that building analytics pages in Fiix CMMS can be challenging, especially when it comes to displaying complex tables or charts. There is a learning curve associated with using the Looker programming language, which can be difficult to work with initially. However, once I gain some familiarity, it does work as intended.

I like the API integration very much, it connects easily with our ERP systems. The dashboard is clean and my team learns it quickly. Work order creation is very fast. Being cloud-based, we can access it from anywhere without server installation issues.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The reporting features are little bit complex to customize initially. Sometimes the mobile app has sync issues if internet connection is weak. The system becomes little slow when loading very large data sets. Customer support sometimes takes time to reply to technical queries.

We are automating all maintenance schedules and removing paper work. It helps to track asset health properly. We reduced machine downtime because of timely alerts. Integrating it with our other internal tools helps in better data visibility for management. It saves time for everyone.

I really appreciate how Fiix CMMS makes my work paper-free, which is a huge benefit in keeping things organized and easy to trace. It significantly speeds up my workflow, allowing me to complete my tasks much faster and more efficiently. The accessibility of Fiix CMMS via mobile is a standout feature for me, as it keeps me connected and able to manage tasks on-the-go. I guess categorization of things and having a bit more color coordination to it.

It makes tracking and sceduling simple once you get the hang of it.  The suport is great any issues that I have had was easily fixed by the suport team.  It is very user frendly in my opinion.  Some of my coworkers have issues at time but it is normaly user error.

The only issue I really have is if you don't word your surch just right you wont find what you are looking for.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

I like using the Fiix system to be able to identify pertinent work orders and their priorities and it keeps me informed about which belong to me and which to my team members. I am able to update work order progress, and others are able to see my updates too. It's useful in the event I go home and do not complete a task. In addition I can also add notes and other important information such as parts, quantities, steps, etc. I find it easy to understand and navigate through the menus and options. I utilize Fiix daily, my work assignments are all here. I have not had to reach out to support yet, but I figure they'll help me if I require assistance.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The thing I like the least about Fiix is that in some computers, it can take a long time to load. Even in faster ones, the pages could use some further optimization to increase responsiveness.

Keeping track of our equipment and the intervals in which we are supposed to do tasks in a schedule.

I don’t get very excited about the app. I feel like it’s very “young” and provides the bare minimum required to perform and record daily functions. I don’t believe that it is a “waste of engineering resources” to include all the functions that the desktop version provides within the scope of design. These functions should all be available, and use of said functions should be delegated per employee by their respective managers.

I find Fiix CMMS very user-friendly, which really makes things easier for me. I also appreciate the calendar feature a lot. It lets me see the scheduled maintenance for the day or week, which helps me stay organized. The setup was simple too, which was a relief.

Sometimes there are glitches and it's not as easy as I'd like to close work orders. I wish there was an easier way, like pressing enter to close them.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

My favorite feature about Fiix is the simplicity. Whether I'm maintaining the work order cycle, organizing inventory, creating an asset register, or customizing dashboards, the layout is easy to understand and allows me to analyze the current state of our facility with ease. If I ever have trouble understanding a feature, the customer support is helpful and friendly. As a process engineer at a palm oil refinery, Fiix makes my life easier and I recommend it to anyone who needs a robust CMMS.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Fiix. Like any CMMS, the advanced features will take some time to understand, but those features allow me to evaluate the efficiency of our maintenance department. If I had to pinpoint any frustrations with Fiix, it would be creating assets. Instead of just creating one at a time, it would be amazing if I could make many assets at once that have similar qualities, but with different names. Tedious tasks are all part of creating an asset register and inventory system, so it is likely unavoidable.

We had issues with our customized analytics page, as the data wasn't aligning with the empirical data our team regularly tracks. Our customer support representative was able to help resolve these issues and we've been happy ever since. There are no problems with Fiix that we're currently facing, our team enjoys its features and friendly interface.

Although we are still in the early stages of setup, we've received incredible support, and everything is progressing very smoothly. Fiix was highly recommended as the top CMMS, especially for its user-friendliness with all users. While implementation can sometimes feel daunting, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and has organized everything into clear categories to make the process easier.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

There are a couple of categories that don't apply to how we are using Fiix, but overall, it has most everything we were looking for.

Fiix is helping us get all of our Assets into one place, as well as predict life expectancy.  We will be using it for our Work Orders, as well as tracking expenses.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

I believe there is no other tool on the market that delivers the same level of security, data capacity, and range of features as the Fiix system. Fiix offers a range of benefits that have transformed how my organization manages maintenance. One of the key highlights is the historical data record and quick online analysis through reports and analytics. The analytics tools are especially valuable as they have revolutionized the management of maintenance indicators. Additionally, the technology integrated into the system facilitates connectivity with other platforms and ensures high availability.

The user-friendly interface allows all information to be viewed on a single screen. This makes detailed cost management accessible and enables the display of equipment images and a visual team calendar. The mobile app reduces the learning curve by providing access to photos, location, and the quantity of spare parts in stock.

The system also features an online dashboard that contributes to paper reduction. Integration with various interfaces, such as PLC, IPS, vibration analysis, and predictive maintenance, simplifies mass changes. Triggers for opening notes and orders, based on process parameters, condition-based maintenance, or inspections, offer customization and flexibility.

Fiix easily integrates with other systems and devices, providing real-time access and updates. Features like QR code and barcode reading, along with a service request portal, complete the range of functionalities that make the system an essential tool for efficient maintenance management.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

There is no option for advanced creation of scheduled maintenance work orders, similar to what exists in the SAP MM module. It is possible to create duplicate inspection orders without the system having the intelligence to prevent this. The app does not meet expectations; the Android and Apple versions are quite different. Some functionalities are not translated into the language used, resulting in information being generated in English. There is no support for the Brazilian currency (reais). The system does not allow the division of estimated and execution time into minutes, which creates difficulties when converting broken hours.

Fiix is most helpful with job orders. You can and do a complete job order from start to finish. It's also very easy to use ounce you are familiarized with Fiix by their easy-to-understand training courses.

Fiix has successfully covered all areas of our business and helped us shape an SOP as well as document fixes well into our future.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The only dislike I have is that aesthetically they could use a few updates for a more sleek look, but function over form will always win out and the function is superb.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved our SOP issue as most of the company was heavily tribal knowledge, we are now able to document in a way that propels us forward to the future.

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

Easy to use, well-laid-out systems to help with your maintenance program. We are further implementing FIIX through out our network of plants. Has proven itself time and again of having a good CMMS system in place to keep your maintenance and parts in order. From Stock to PM's has been a great addition to our sites.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

It feels like it could have a better GUI system and feels like an older system while using it. But I still like the system overall.

Provides a great lay out of for PM's and system calibrations. The system is good for operators to put in work orders to have issues fixed. Allows good inventory of spare parts and location services is great as well.

What i find most helpful is that the Requests and the PMs are together so you can look through them and find the one you are looking for and the Mechanics can change the status to technician completed.

I like the use of the system. Easier to navigate, store necessary information, and able to build/create to your liking. Helps to remove a lot of the extra leg work, excessive paper logs, tracks and provides data, and assist with compliance standards.

The amount of admin/creator available for your license. Can be overwhelming upon initial use. Maybe tutorial video availability for new users. It may be there, but I am not sure at this moment.

FIIX has made data collection not effortless. But with the report scheduling, it automatically sends me everything I need at the beginning of each month!

You have to remember you get out of the data what you put into it! You have to have a good relationship between operators and the techs, and understanding from both that good data has to be put into FIIX to get the best results.

**Recommendations to others considering Fiix CMMS:**

I can not stress enough you must have buy-in from the TOP! Then start small and make sure you're getting good data into FIIX then you can grow from there.

It would be great to have a built-in asset and part numbering system. currently we have to do this offline and upload the new number to Fiix when new parts and assets are created. Lacks the ability to categorize task groups.

Throughout my career as a maintenance manager, I have worked through a multitude of CMMS implementations. FIIX has been the easiest by far, offering an intuitive platform that all technicians can easily understand and submit their work order data. Purchase ordering is made easy, inventory is a breeze, and there are endless amounts of reports and analytics to keep track of the KPIs that suit your department!

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

The mobile app is directed towards technician-level tasks. A manager or supervisor level app would be great for maintaining the CMMS on the go.

We have a good oversight from all our assets en spare parts. Interventions are easy to follow up. The implementation was easy and we get very good support from the Fiix team. We use the program on a daily base for the maintenance department.

It is not always easy to get the workflow like we want. But at the end we find always a good solution.

FIIX helps us keep track of every detail - from supplies to purchasing. We especially love being able to keep track of asset details and information.

The only downside we have discovered is that making reports and things customizable may be a little difficult, but most of the available reports fit our needs.

Some parameters to be entered are not linked to each other. For example, when setting up maintenance jobs, priorities (for example: 1 = within 24 hours, 2 = within 48 hours, etc.) must be converted manually to expected durations.

Assigning tasks is the most natural thing to use both by sending emails and using the application on the phone.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

I would like more flexibility and customization for management or report creation. 

I would like an option where the assigned person could enter the time a task took and that this information could be used to determine how many hours per month are spent per asset or department.

I would like a desktop version instead of the web version.  When assigning a work order the process takes a long time.  I would like an option to notify all team members of a task, I don't know if this is possible.

Helps me with the assignment of daily tasks to our maintenance team speeding up response time. I use the application for the maintenance and attention of all campus user requirements (church and school).

**What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?**

FIIX is easy to use, legible tool to manage the projects and many tasks in companies. FIIX has many possibilities to make reports and analyse the data. Great software! What's more, FIIX has additional instructions to help every new user with app operation. Fiix aplication is a friendly tool for industries. Great advantage is fiix customer support.

**What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?**

FIIX software does not have many drawbacks. What I have found inconvenient is not changed automatically date of next schedules based on finished work order. Second minus is inability to put repair times in minutes (closing WO). 
Another downtime is scheduled PM  not being automaticaly changed after closing WO. It has to be manually changed for future planned maintennace WO's.

**What problems is Fiix CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FIIX helps our company to manage the assets in the company. Company knows when assets are send outside and let people be aware when assets are unavailable or broken. Fiix perfectly manage tasks. Schedules are always on time and compatible with findings. We got information about machinery breakdowns and other downtime.
