Assigning tasks is the most natural thing to use both by sending emails and using the application on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like more flexibility and customization for management or report creation.
I would like an option where the assigned person could enter the time a task took and that this information could be used to determine how many hours per month are spent per asset or department.
I would like a desktop version instead of the web version. When assigning a work order the process takes a long time. I would like an option to notify all team members of a task, I don't know if this is possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FIIX is easy to use, legible tool to manage the projects and many tasks in companies. FIIX has many possibilities to make reports and analyse the data. Great software! What's more, FIIX has additional instructions to help every new user with app operation. Fiix aplication is a friendly tool for industries. Great advantage is fiix customer support. FIIX software does not have many drawbacks. What I have found inconvenient is not changed automatically date of next schedules based on finished work order. Second minus is inability to put repair times in minutes (closing WO).
Another downtime is scheduled PM not being automaticaly changed after closing WO. It has to be manually changed for future planned maintennace WO's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I´ve worked for more tham ten years in the maintenance industry as a CMMS, EAMS, ERP user and the last five in consulting roles in several industries. I used many CMMS, ERP, EAMS from different suppliers. What I like most of Fiix is the simplicity, user-friendly interface, everything is where supposed to be—quick deployment and training for every key role. The mobile app runs even when you run out of internet, which is often in the field. Keep the correct data very easy and deliver a powerful information analysis tool. Most remarkable is the flexibility for every organization, maintenance system, and role. The customer support is robust easy to access and they always provide a solution in less than 24 hours. The implementation process is smooth and the transition flawless.
When it comes to integrate Fiix with third party systems the opportunities are endless from a simple ERP accounting integration to a complex sensors and machine data integrations that triggers Work Orders and Purchase requests in the ERP. I'd like that the Workflows feature has more capabilities to deploy apporval processes for Work Orders and Purchase Orders. Howeveer the workflow feature is useful after you spent some years with fiix!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support for the Fiix CMMS system is amazing, the representatives are always willing to go above and beyond the needs of my team. The ease of integration to the factory systems is great, we have gained the ability to have preventative maintenance populate in our systems automatically, and being able to create work requests from our system is helpful. It may be the way our team has decided to set up the system, but it would be great to be able to have the ability to see better statistics and be able to configure data analysis on our own. automatically generated work orders keep our cnc machines and equipment in good working order, previously we would be very reactive to issues, now we keep ahead of any problems and can see them before they arrise leading to shorte machine down time and better part yields.

we have a lot of guest users that log service tickets, it would be good to have two way comunication between maintenance techs and guest users when a service ticket is being looked at / worked on, it does let them know that the ticket is "in progress' or "complete' but the guest cant see any other data that the tech writes in the ticket work instructions. For me and my team, Fiix gives us the ability to utilize, organize and manage pretty much all of our day to day activities in one easy to use, easy to install database.
Fiix truly is our #1 'go to' CMMS software. Implemented just over the 8 years now, Fiix has been truly integrated into our day to day activities with thousands of entries to show. The best part is we are utilizing this software daily in many areas of our responsibility, not just for the typical maintenance activities and spare parts/MRO etc. Areas such as environmental/energy/capital/DT/audits/corrective actions/chnage management, and pretty much everything in-between.
One last note, although rarely ever used I have to atleast point out the few times we have had to contact our customer representative at Fiix it has always been a very positive, professional and hassle free experience. Thanks, Amy L! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hard to find something I dislike about Fiix, some small dislikes may be the format of the mobile app when entering a new W.O., the person putting in W.O. fills in the summary of issue field most times with what they want done, not the reason why they are doing it. Fiix makes it easy to include important details for work orders. Things like photos, relevant parts needed for the machine, specific task lists for the machine, etc. The program has a lot of useful features that help technicians communicate as they work on the same work orders together. Also being very easy to use on a phone or tablet is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only recommendations I would make to the program is if it could auto populate the date and technicians name when entering notes and time onto a work order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
