I like how Limble is flexible to the needs of many different use cases. The people have all been 'real' and easily approachable.
The Limble team has been great to work with and looking forward to seeing the benefits that come from using this both internally and externally. Our customer success manager, Ciro, does what you'd want any partner to do and sends out notes, action items, and owners at the end of each meeting to make sure we're all on the same page. Would love more flexibility in the UI so we more closely match our brand and to be able to have more fields that could be calculated
The price is also on the higher side Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility, no doubt. You can make this software work for any situation, the only limit is your imagination… seriously lol. So easy to use that I was able to get folks of all ages and back spun up on it. Once you figure it out it’s so easy to set up! Also… live customer support all day? Get out of here… We use this every day and love it! Get it, use it and get ready to fall in love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That I didn’t have it years ago. Honestly, can’t think of anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limble is very flexible and customizable software that we can tailor to our specific site needs. What I love most about Limble is the coaching received from Customer Success Manager Ciro Cuellar. His approaching is very methodical and laid back training my team through the software and configuration stage. His knowledge is impeccable and knows the ins and outs of the system. He even introduced us to features we've never even thought of using! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not experienced anything I did not like with Limble at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been needing a PM program for years and for years have been abusing our equipment and fixing only when it breaks down. Now we have a set schedule of keeping up with daily wear and tear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reports and how they output to excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Limble CMMS is its user-friendly interface. We're building our Preventative Maintenance program from scratch and moving our maintenance team from pen and paper to Limble. The intuitive layout has made this transition easier, and it helps streamline creating a running inventory and organizing assets efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point, I honestly don't have any negative feedback about Limble CMMS. We're transitioning from ManagerPlus, and the difference is night and day—Limble has been a much smoother and more efficient system for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This program is easy to setup and easy to teach staff how to use it. We have almost 60 locations that use this to notify the maintenance team of issues in the store. This also help the maintenance guys keep track of what needs to be done first and makes them more productive overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing so far is there isn't a way to "schedule" the guys for on call weekends so we know who should be taking calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very robust, but the thing that makes it a winner for me is the live data tracking and how easy it is to set it up. Our old CMMS was always 2 or 3 days behind, and even then, it was cumbersome to pull reports. Now I have a dashboard that updates every 5 minutes and I can pick what data I want to see and how I it displayed. My techs are MUCH better about tracking work orders and entering their information and hours worked. The app is developed by Limble also, so it's a pretty seamless transition between the site and the app. The old system was a 3rd party app that was basically a glorified API interface and it was usually more trouble than it was worth. Sometimes the menus and/or where options/settings are placed are a little difficult to find or not where you think they would be. All it takes is a quick live chat with tech help and they'll get you sorted out. There's also links to help pages and videos/documents related to the page you are on at that time to help you with what you're presently looking at. Setup and data entry for assets was kind of a bear, but that was mainly because our previous system had a BUNCH of old/inaccurate data. They have a data import tool that is pretty slick, spits it out into an excel sheet, you can edit everything in excel, then import it back to Limble and it automatically creates or updates all of the items on the sheet. Limble is very user freindly. As our facility transitioned over to it, I became the lead in getting it set up/programmed/established. There was not a whole lot that I needed support for, it was very intuitive. Nothing was hiding. I've been in power generation for almost 30 years and have used Maximo, SAP and MP3 and Limble is the most user freindly out of any of them. And on the off chance that you can't figure something out; you are assigned a technical coach/success manager, there is chat help most hours of the day and tons of youtube videos to help you figure out most details. Honestly, really nothing. I can't think of anything it falls short on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are several things I like about Limble, but I will try to keep my list brief.
First of all, having a CSM made implmentation an absolute breeze. The steps were bite sized and easy to digest. Limble even went out of their way to pair us up with a Wisconsin native, Tony Verga. I simply cannot say enough good things about him and his team. He made training my end users very simple which allowed them to hit the ground running once we went live (which was only a month after signing!).
All in all I'd like to keep my list of things brief with a top 3:
1. Ease of use
2. Customer Support
3. Number of Features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cycle counts are locked behind a paywall, but the workaround for this is simply manually entering counts after generating the inventory list and inventory is taken. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limble was a very intuitive system to navigate initially, making it very easy for us to set up this CMMS very quickly and integrate it into our current practices. Limble also has a very dynamic custom dashboard section allowing you to completely customise the visual characteristics of your experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the custom dashboard widgets can be tricky to set up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love Limble's on-hand support system. Utilizing the chat has helped me to create the widgets and dashboards I need to successfully track company metrics. Specifically Cynthia, she helped me numerous times revealing her ability to be patient and enthusiastic in finding a solution. From 11 AM all the way to 3:30PM, she assisted me in creating a widget which would be necessary for tracking information. She was very polite and thorough in her descprition which allowed me to ask many different questions and concerns regarding the widget. She is a wonderful person with an amazing supporting cast. Generally speaking, I think the widgets can be very useful. However, I also feel like there are many technical aspects to the widgets that can make for a frustrating time to track data. There are sometimes many settings or combinations at hand that can effect what information is being projected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
