Lexop is an extremely user-friendly platform designed to streamline the collections process, making it easier to manage past-due accounts. It offers a wealth of information and has proven highly effective for debtors, significantly improving collection rates. The platform’s intuitive interface and comprehensive features have greatly enhanced our ability to send campaigns and collect payments on a weekly and daily basis. One standout feature is the two-way SMS, which has been invaluable in facilitating communication. Lexop offers multiple features. However, a company that clings to archaic back-end systems might have difficulty making full use of all features. Lexop does offer workaround solutions and ideas.
