Seismic Learning is our go-to for our onboarding and ongoing training. I have created multiple curriculums and can populate lessons across any of the curriculums. When I update the lessons, the curriculums are updated, too.

The system keeps track of when items are due and sends out proactive reminder emails.

I am also able to use multiple modes of creation for lessons. For instance, text, video, audio, and multiple types of assessments including demos, video-based, and traditional-style like multiple choice.

The team at Seismic has ensured that we are successful by working with us every step of the way. Our implementation was extremely successful and we have used this platform consistently for almost 5 years.

We expanded our use to Seismic Skills, which truly ties together a full L&D strategy. We can tie the lessons to development activities. In addition, the ability to customize tasks for associate learning plans has made this platform our true go-to location for high-quality Learning and Development. This is a terrible tool. I don't think an engineer has taken a look at it in years. It's usually down, and when it's working, it gives error messages all the time asking to reload the page. What I like about Lessonly is it gives me the tool that I need specially when it come to product knowledge this was very helpful, Since I am in the industry of Customer Service the most important thing I should learn is the product that I am promoting aside from it is easy to use like for example I do have a coaching , practice , training this tools helps our team to expadite our knowledge about the product.
