What do you like best about Leadinfo?

We tested several tools to track website visitors and chose VisitorQueue. Super happy with the experience and ease of use. The most helpful aspect of Visitor Queue is its easy-to-use, intuitive dashboard that displays crucial information from your connected site, including a visual representation of website traffic and a list of most recent visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

I will qualify my "dislike" of Visitor Queue by first saying that, in the space of website visitor tracking services, companies like Visitor Queue use a variety of data sources to build a picture of the "most likely" identity of an IP address. In other words, there is no guarantee that 100% of IPs will be accurately identified. So my primary dislike of Visitor Queue is the uncertainty with respect to data reliability, although I have no reason to believe their data accuracy is any worse than other companies in the space. What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Visitor Queue was an affordable lead identification tool that was easy to implement on our site. It includes some basic functionality that we need, such as Slack integration and the ability to get email notifications.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

There's a lot of low-quality leads. Integration with Google Analytics seems to require a "Pro" account.

It does the basics well enough and doesn't cost the world. It was easy implement, I've not had to use customer support yet, and I use it on a weekly basis but my team use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
