What do you like best about Leadinfo?

It's great at identify companies that are visiting your website, which is really a powerful tool for re-marketing to companies using automated outreach or a number of other approaches to get in front of companies that are paying attention to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

So far, we don't really have a dislike with the tool. We are wondering if the service may become cost prohibitive at some point because the pricing model is based on the amount of leads that are identified. What do you like best about Leadinfo?

We've been using Visitor Queue for a few months now, and it’s been a complete game-changer for our marketing and sales teams. What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

I’d love to see deeper contact-level insights or real-time alerts without needing to upgrade. Occasionally, smaller companies aren’t detected, which limits outreach opportunities. What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Good for sales intel and ability to tag contacts - this will only operate in some sales processes as it's difficult to dechiper who is visiting your site. Luckily for us it's usually the owner so we can look them up on Linkedin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

They are the only month to month SaaS I am aware of that will lock you in for two months - when you cancel you have to give them a notice period - this is was not stated when you sign up. Also they keep billing and their support is lacking with no telephone number to call - i have had mutiple charges to my credit card since cancelling in Feburary - it's now June and still waiting on refund based on what they described as a technical error. What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Having used Visitor Queue with 3 companies I find it a great tool to see who is visiting our site. For existing customers it helps us understand their interest in our products and enables targeted follow-up. For new customers it enables us to add them to our CRM and then target a cold call to make and introduction and see how we can help them.

What do you like best about Leadinfo?

It worked out of the box as described. Generous trial period and support was quick and helpful. I did really appreciate that it integrated really well with HubSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

It's not so much Visitor Queue itself more this type of product. I wish we were able to get more specific information on leads. It it likely just the industry in which I work; no data services have ever worked well.

Knowing theres a website visitor is cool and all but something many pieces of software can do. What would be really cool is some AI based segmentation and reply automation. Like first steps an SDR might take. For example leads is on the website, look at certain characteristics, make some determinations via AI and a reply email (based on the leads known info and my company's offerings) boom click send done would be nice. What do you like best about Leadinfo?

Visitor Queue has been a really helpful tool for identifying which companies are visiting our website. The ability to see detailed company info along with the pages they viewed gives us solid insight into potential leads. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I like how it integrates with other platforms we use like Google Analytics. What do you dislike about Leadinfo?

While the tool works well for the most part, I’ve noticed that sometimes it picks up irrelevant traffic or mislabels some company names. Also, filtering and exporting leads could be a bit more flexible — right now, it feels slightly limited when you want to segment your data in more customized ways.
