In this day and age, esp. regarding technology, most of the platforms make it very difficult to speak directly with someone, even if you have their contact info from when you originally onboarded. This is why I was pleasantly surprised that each time I reached out to my original Lead411 contact, Ryan Tierney, he replied within mins of my message that was sent out. His replies were prompt and even included videos to help me maneuver more effectively on this platform. The one feature I needed the most was not in my original plan, but Ryan, worked it out for me. Now there's much value in working with Lead411. I'm most selective of the services I use, and for me to write a review, they have to knock me off my feet. It has a simple UX, so there is minimal learning curve... very strong sorting (company size/$, titles, employees, geo-area/zip codes, etc.) to create targeted lists. You can also filter to ensure that the contacts you select have direct dial and mobile tel #'s.

In terms of how robust the overall data and ability to massage it is, I would place Lead411 second only to ZoomInfo; but, ZoomInfo is a LOT more expensive and complex.
