I appreciate Lead411 for its cost-effectiveness. The price of using Lead411 is significantly less than alternatives like Zoominfo, which was a primary factor in our decision to switch to it. Additionally, I value the ability to load lists for enrichment after events such as tradeshows, which allows us to ensure the data is accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that the data quality in Lead411 is often very out of date. We've encountered several instances where employees had left a prospect company over a year before, which is frustrating. The user interface is also very poor and difficult to navigate, which hampers usability. Additionally, the initial setup was quite challenging, particularly the buggy integration with Hubspot, requiring support from Lead411 to function correctly. The need for each user to log in individually to Hubspot rather than having a global login is also inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
