The ease, the UX/UI, and the overall simplicity of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it doesn't quite provide the level of inbox management that a larger business requires for managing customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allows me to schedule photo and video items on Instagram which is excellent for campaigns. It also allows me to utilize a Link in Bio feature. Twitter and Facebook scheduling are also available, but those are a bit clunky and redundant features those sites already offer. One of the better features is that it allows cropping and light editing of photos, so if you're utilizing the same images in Twitter/FB/IG, you can do the slight modifications to fit each platform. Instagram scheduling requires your Facebook and Instagram accounts to be linked, which is an arduous process if you're not the original creator of both pages. Facebook and Instagram don't get along as much as you'd think, and tweaking with the backend too much can raise red flags that get your sites suspended. Also: Multi-photo Instagram posts, IG stories, IG Reels, and Tiktoks are all advertised as "Later features," but Later can't do them. Instead, you get a Later push notification to go and do them yourself in the specific app - not helpful if you're scheduling something to start at 4 am. And while having a collective "bucket" of photos is excellent for scheduled cross-posting on Twitter/IG/Facebook, the scheduling feature is only new on the Gram; Facebook and Twitter have allowed it for years now. Later is good enough social media scheduling platform for how much you pay compare to other solutions such as CoSchedule and Hootsuite. The platform offers you basic scheduling capability, although limited, but this is something that many other social media management platforms lack. It features "link in bio" which can come in handy and the UI is pretty straight-forward and easy to use. Software basically took me 30 mins to learn everything I need to know about my software. The platform offers pretty limited features comparing to the competition. Their mobile application is very buggy and is a nightmare to use! It took me 5 mins to completely get rid of the app on my iPhone. It was also very basic; so I don't know why although it is so basic, it still doesn't perform right. The free version is also was too limited. I understand it's a free version, but they even limited basic things like choosing a cover for your Instagram video! It feels very now. They listen to their audience, they adapt, and have their pulse on what we - as creatives or marketers or business owners - should know about the platforms we exist on (ex. newsletter always relevant and keeping me in the know). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing comes to mind! Some of things I didn't love, inability to schedule text posts or swap images in existing ones, have been added since - shows that they listen and adapt and I didn't need a mega ultimate pro account to access those features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a huge Later fan when it comes to social media scheduling. There are so many things I like about Later are;
*Grid previews for Instagram posts
*Its ability to schedule Instagram Stories
*Supports Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
*Can schedule content on TikTok and Pinterest as well
*Powerful Link-in-bio tool
*Team feature and affordable pricing
*User-generated content and Instagram hashtags
*Drag and drop calendar feature and so on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things if Later can add to their platform, then it would be just awesome. Those are:
*If they can add bulk scheduling to social media channels
* Allow uploading files of any size

Later gave me the tools that allowed me to customize images for Instagram within the platform and show me what images I had used for previous posts, which was very helpful when it came to management and trying to diversify image usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the UI was a bit clunky, but not so much that it seriously detracted value. Some of it had to do with the multiple tabs required to access images vs. posts, etc. I think the way it is laid out makes sense; it just wasn't the cleanest experience, in my opinion. I mostly use Later to organize the posting of Instagram, to see what my feed would look like, and to help decide when to schedule what posts. It is easy to upload media, write captions for the posts, and schedule on their site. Good use for link-in-bio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited features on the free plan, can be basic compared to other social posting schedulers. I wouldn't say I like it when my social media discounts, and it takes a long while to re-authenticate. It cannot publish posts with multiples images to Instagram, that has to be done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The scheduling feature is very visual appealing - it's easy to see what's coming up at a quick glance. I also love how easy it is to move scheduled posts around by dragging the scheduled post from one spot on the calendar to another. If something new pops up, it's easy to adjust the schedule. I also really like the "Analytics" pages -- again, very visually appealing and easy to understand. Finally, we ended up going with Later over other platforms because of the way the linkinbio appeared on our Instagram profile page. It's clean and simple. It also provides great data on the amount of clicks back to our website and helps me understand more about our audience. Finally, I love the preview feature -- it allows me to see what my feed looks in case I want to move things around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that videos or multi-image posts have to be pushed to your phone to post manually at the scheduled time instead of scheduling and posting automatically. It makes me always have to be by my phone, and I prefer to have it all automatic. (Or at least give me the option to choose between automatic and manual.) I also would love it if I could include a link in the Stories when I schedule, versus having to add the link in the actual Instagram app on my phone. It feels like an extra step that could be planned for in the Later platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Later makes it very easy to plan out content, I love the calendar feature and how you can preview how your feed will look after posting. They also send great tips through email and host events like Later Con Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything I dislike.I think the product is continuously improving Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The feature we use the most is the Link in Bio for Instagram posts. There is also a scheduling feature. It's easy to upload media, write the caption, include the link, and schedule from their site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it would integrate with HubSpot for post-scheduling or at least show up in Hubspot that a post is scheduled through Later. But maybe that's more on Hubspot's end than Later's end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
