Lanteria HR is actually really easy to customise to be able to record the information that you need. The performance review and competency function is also really useful for managing cascading goals and rating against competencies as part of the review process. Integration with LinkedIn learning. You can create learning sets for newcomers and easily check their progress with quizzes.
