This tool is excellent especially because it is easy to use and install and do the first configuration. I like the integration with Salesforce and it gives us good flexibility, saves time in translations and increase collaboration. It is a good software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What sets Language I/O apart is their digital-first, human customer-first-and-foremost approach to working together with us. We are a larger company that takes near full advantage of all the tools LIO offers to enterprise customers. Still, knowing Viviana and Heather, I have to believe that even their start-up clients get white-glove service. I appreciate how quickly they adapt to change, and how eager they are to collaborate with other vendors we have. From where I sit in my organization, there has not an issue that Viviana and her team has not resolved or found another viable solution for. I feel valued as a customer, that my opinion matters, and that LIO is not afraid to prioritize or re-prioritize new tech solutions based on short-term customer needs, longer-term goals and just general feedback.
