This tool is excellent especially because it is easy to use and install and do the first configuration. I like the integration with Salesforce and it gives us good flexibility, saves time in translations and increase collaboration. It is a good software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Language I/O?

With only agents speaking 3 languages, we support the whole EMEA regions. Translations have been double checked by native speakers before going live and we are really happy about the usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language I/O?

Sometimes, native speakers can feel that the translation is a bit strange, so it's kind of visible that the translation is automatic. Also, we sometimes have issues with slang or our customer's typos Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Language I/O?

Ease of integration into our existing Saesforce instance. Also the real time chat translastion is great. Users find it very easy to use without addtional training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Need better Salesforce email to case translation. There were some issues encountred during our trial where 2 or more langauges require manual selection of text and translation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LIO is helping us translate multiple EMEA and APAC language customers through email and chat. Real time Chat translation has been one of the key benefits we have realized where the customers can chose to chat with us in thier native language without even realizing that they are speaking with non native speakers. What do you like best about Language I/O?

What sets Language I/O apart is their digital-first, human customer-first-and-foremost approach to working together with us. We are a larger company that takes near full advantage of all the tools LIO offers to enterprise customers. Still, knowing Viviana and Heather, I have to believe that even their start-up clients get white-glove service. I appreciate how quickly they adapt to change, and how eager they are to collaborate with other vendors we have. It's how LIO intertwines tech solutions with a human-approach that I hold in such high regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Language I/O?

From where I sit in my organization, there has not an issue that Viviana and her team has not resolved or found another viable solution for. I feel valued as a customer, that my opinion matters, and that LIO is not afraid to prioritize or re-prioritize new tech solutions based on short-term customer needs, longer-term goals and just general feedback. What problems is Language I/O solving and how is that benefiting you?

LIO is the service and technology bundle that allows us to reach hundreds of thousands of customers in their first language, whether we're communicating formally through our help center or personally through our English-speaking agents. We need a solution for immediate translation in a score of languages and an expert rendering that relays the tone and voice of our public-facing support content. I see this in the rendering of content for the non-English languages I speak, but I also appreciate their QA efforts. LIO is not afraid to call out where they can improve when it comes to the notoriously difficult languages to translate.

I want to mention that I have often witnessed LIO solving problems we had as an organization but were unable to articulate yet. That type of customer experience has us hooked.
