What do you like best about Lang.ai?

Lang.ai is able to efforlesly unlock the invaluable throve of data our customers provide us via tickets and requests.

It is not only valuable for the time it frees for agents while processing requests, it also clarify ambiguity on what the cathegories and contex of the tickets are about.

Ultimately in our implementation Lang.ai has been able to provide novel insight into what customer conversation are about, if we relied only on ticket dispositions from agent we would not have been able to proactively connecting the proverbial dots and flag issues days and weeks ahead of regular reporting cycles. What do you like best about Lang.ai?

The ease of use. Lang.ai is just one of those platforms that feels intuitive once you dive in.

It's become a crutial part of our day to day ticket management to rely on Lang for routing and automations - we'd be lost without it!

It seems like lang creates it's own tags whenever it's tagging a project and that creates some confussion (i.e "land_automated_34j324kj23k4j23k4j234" . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lang.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Lang.ai?

This isn't a dislike but more of an education opportunity - automations are built on triggers within your CRM (for us Zendesk), so it does require some technical knowledge out of the box to understand how your existing triggers will impact or interfere. What do you like best about Lang.ai?

Lang.ai is the best tool I have found for both Customer Support *and* Product. I recommend them to everyone I know, and as I always tell them: it's useless to use Zendesk without Lang.

We're a young company, and at first, I thought we might be too small to get sufficient ROI out of their product. I couldn't have been more wrong.

First, their incredible auto-tagging (and therefore improved auto-responding) freed up our support agents to focus on the things that matter most. But perhaps even more importantly, the data we get from that better tagging structure is helping us better inform our prodcut roadmap, and keeping the company more responsive to customers than ever before. What do you dislike about Lang.ai?

Nothing so far - they themselves have the most incredible customer support team - they're amazing to work with, and highly responsive with any questions I've had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lang.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Their tech auto-tags tickets with amazing accuracy. This allows for 2 critical things:

1. We can better auto-respond, thus freeing up our agents' time so that they aren't having to respond to our most common questions. We can also be more immediately responsive to customers.

2. Because the tagging is so good, we can easily segment tickets over any given time period and use that to be better responsive to customers. It has allowed us to be more data-driven than ever, by quantifying qualitative data.

What do you like best about Lang.ai?

Lang has really helped our support team be more efficient overall. We utilize Lang to include internal notes and standard operating procedures in tickets automatically, send automatic replies to customers for standard two-touch tickets, get quantitative insights on what our customers are saying and more.

What do you like best about Lang.ai?

What do you like best about Lang.ai?

Lang automatically categorizes and structures our support data giving our team a complete view of what our customers are asking across all of our customer support channels. We had it up and running for our initial use case on day 1, with little to no fine-tuning required.

The automation features like smart routing and prioritization save our team a ton of time because they no longer have to deal with administrative tasks when tickets come in and can simply start helping our customers, substantially decreasing our ticket handle time.
