It really helps with calls when you're in a noise-unpredictable environment. I was living with someone who talked really loudly, and it would be incredibly embarrassing to hear her voice over my call to clients. Now, I live with someone who needs to do everyday things that makes noise, I've got lawnmowers and leafblowers outside my place every day, and all of that doesn't faze me at all with Krisp.
I love their little widget and it helps to always check if my noise cancellation is on. The call summary is really cute, it helps to know how much % of the call you were talking and how long my Zoom meeting was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure what it is, but every single time they need me to update, the app freezes and makes my sound go haywire. I have to quit Krisp entirely, restart it and install the update for it to work again. It's been very frustrating because the sound suddenly stalls and you only know of it when you're on a call. The quality of our calls suffered due to the working environment which was occasionally noisy. With Krisp all we needed was to install and activate it; that’s all, you don’t have to be a technology expert, you don’t need to understand it. The impressive AI noise cancellation can instantly remove any ambient noise, whether it’s a dog barking or even the squeak of a blender. Our meetings can now take place remotely, without distractions or noise. As a Project Manager, I always struggled with writing detailed meeting minutes. I hate it! Thus, I ended with not doing them at all... (yes, I am guilty as it is a terrible practice)

Lately the product sucks and their customer service is quickly following. I have reported tickets in the past were my meetings are not being recorded or transcribed. Support just pushed me off on it. Last week I had 9 meetings using Krisp and only 3 of them kept their transcriptions, even though the transcription popped up after each call. I found this out this morning when I needed to go back and review a meeting from last, which unfortunately was not there.

This was my first time using an AI meeting assistant, and I was surprised by how seamless and accurate it was. The transcription is accurate, but the best part for me was the accuracy of (a) the summary and (b) the action items of my meeting. The AI even spelled unusual technical jargon correctly.
