I use Krisp for important File Note summaries of Client meetings via Teams and Zoom. It comprehensively summarises the meetings automatically into Key Points, Tasks and Meeting summary with Headings. I find I have little to change or edit thereafter. This has saved me hours of time, increased the detail of the meet summaries and improved our compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot change the microphone setting away from my PC Camera to my headset. I cant find the option to do so. I find the Transcript is not as accurate as the meeting summaries which are extremely accurate. This may be because Krisp is not picking up every word accurately as it is using the mic from my external camera rather than my headset? This could be my issue but I don't know how to correct it.

Also I switched off the calendar integration function as I allocate time in my calendar to complete tasks. Krisp was not differentiating between a to do task in my calendar and a client meeting so Krisp would keep reminding me of tasks and switching on as if it was a meeting to record when it was just my personal time to work on a task. The quality of our calls suffered due to the working environment which was occasionally noisy. With Krisp all we needed was to install and activate it; that’s all, you don’t have to be a technology expert, you don’t need to understand it. The impressive AI noise cancellation can instantly remove any ambient noise, whether it’s a dog barking or even the squeak of a blender. Our meetings can now take place remotely, without distractions or noise. As a Project Manager, I always struggled with writing detailed meeting minutes. I hate it! Thus, I ended with not doing them at all... (yes, I am guilty as it is a terrible practice)

But, KRISP has changed everything! (literally) I am now returning to the practice of meeting minutes on my projects.

Lately the product sucks and their customer service is quickly following. I have reported tickets in the past were my meetings are not being recorded or transcribed. Support just pushed me off on it. Last week I had 9 meetings using Krisp and only 3 of them kept their transcriptions, even though the transcription popped up after each call. I found this out this morning when I needed to go back and review a meeting from last, which unfortunately was not there.

Since Krisp revised their pricing and increased it by 60% from $60 to $96, I had to cancel my subscription. I wont pay an increase for a product whos reliability has dropped more than 60%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This was my first time using an AI meeting assistant, and I was surprised by how seamless and accurate it was. The transcription is accurate, but the best part for me was the accuracy of (a) the summary and (b) the action items of my meeting. The AI even spelled unusual technical jargon correctly. There was an instance where I was billed and I did not recall subscribing for a different work account but Vahan was great at communicating what happened and helped me out one-time for this issue.
