Through Kontentino we work much more efficiently in terms of social media management for different clients. The unique features allow for easy collaboration between different colleagues (designer, copywriter, manager, ...) across different client accounts. Other platforms don't offer this, in my opinion. The internal communication between team members, and external communication with the client, are all through a clear UI within Kontentino. Although Kontentino has many features, the cost associated with purchasing additional tools is a potential drawback. To grow your needs on the platform, Kontentino works with add-ons. Thus, costs can accumulate quickly. However, this is not really different from other platforms but it is something to consider and possibly budget in advance. The Kontentino Calendar is easy to navigate and publishes the posts automatically (when planned). Also the AI feature is very handy when preparing copies for my posts. Customer support is perfect.
