Kolleno has been a fantastic solution for managing our tuition fee collections. The software helps us stay on top of each student's payment status, ensuring all invoices are properly followed up on, even internationally. We appreciate how now we are certain that our students receive accurate billing regardless of where they are in the world. The customer portal allows our clients to download their own statements, saving us time from sending them account balances manually. They can see all the outstanding invoices, and also complete the payment they wish directly in the portal. For businesses operating in different countries, it will also show everything in their local currency. The only downside is that some features, like setting up autopayments, took a bit of time to figure out. But once we got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’ve partnered with Kolleno in the early days of the company aiming to scale and improve our payment collection strategies. Simple automation did wonders for speeding up our payment collections, as most of the times our clients just needed a kind reminder to complete the payment. Its been great to watch Kolleno’s product evolve from cash collections to a comprehensive financial operations platform. Now there are additional product features that help us streamline our financial processes: more sophisticated workflows, customer dashboard, reporting and reconciliation, as well as additional integrations, such as Kolleno's connection to our Xero account. The payment reconciliation with Xero allowed us to save so much time on manual transactions matching - the product shows automatically the reccomended invoice to match a transaction with, or if the payment from a client was done via a customer portal - it gets autoapplied. Before Kolleno, manual reconciliation was taking a lot of my time, but now its very easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kolleno stood out to us with it’s very easy to navigate product design. The platform is very intuitive and i love how we can have information viewed at customer and invoice levels, as well as activating chasing activities on both of these too. On top of this, it is very useful to have that invoice status tag for us - as we can easily track any disputes or promises to pay from our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its a minor detail, but i wish the invoice page was more customizable - adding ability to move/add/ remove the columns to our table view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was very fast to see actual results from the platform - our overdue balance has been reduced significantly within the first 3 months. The aging balance has also improved and we observe less clients fall through to the 60-90 arrears. Reports available within the platform are quite comprehensive, but we also appreciate how we can always request the customer support to pull reports specific to our needs and they can help us out with the data requests. The product is great, but if we could have more customizability for the main dashboard widgets for different team members or different business locations, that'd be amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform was very easy to integrate with our existing systems, and the training sessions were extremely helpful in setting up automation to fit our credit control processes. Love how the customer support is always reactive and responsive to any questions that we have. We saw much faster payments thanks to the customer payment portal, that provides our customers with a transparent view into their outstanding invoices and overall account balance. Integrating Kolleno into our existing systems and tools was very straightforward. It required almost 0 engineernig support, as it provides direct, live integration with our ERP system - we only had to make sure all the custom fields are connected correctly and naming conventions match. It was one of the best tools adoption experiences we've had. Kolleno has improved coordination between our credit & collection and legal specialists. The platform made it much easier for our credit & collections teams to prioritize their chasing activities and meet SLA requirements, which we have observed in the improved collected amounts on the weekly basis. For legal team, whenever there is a dispute or a bad debt that needs to be escalated, having access to the platform and being able to see the whole history of communication has been a game changer. Its also very convenient for me to be able to log in and export a report with all the bad debtors, disputes and the reasons behind them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Kolleno is relatively new on the market compared to other players, but we were positively surprised with how powerful the platform actually is to handle our business processes, and the customer support is on top of everything. We mostly use Kolleno to stay on top of our payments and making sure all the invoices are getting followed up on. Whilst my team is ensuring all the background job is getting done through the automated workflows, I appreciate how i can get instant overview of the payment statuses and company’s aging balance through the main dashboard or Kolleno’s mobile app. It is also very convenient how the platform supports multiple currencies.
