What do you like best about KODO?

I found it farily easy to create the bots and design the conversation flow using KODO. The drag and drop interface combined with pre build modules made it very easy for me to set up some standard customer care responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KODO?

Introduction of sharing and editing of the bot configurations withi my team created some difficulties. There was no real time collaboration and that led to version control problems and extra time wasted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KODO solving and how is that benefiting you?

KODO optimized the fundamental customer service interactions to some extent. I was able to save time of my team by automating some of the frequently asked questions and simple troubleshooting steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
