The campaigns are very easy to set up and begin. The training material is also very valuable and it easy for users to follow along. Integrating and adding users with the ADI Integration tool is very helpful. It was also easy set up. The KB4 knowledge base is also very helpful when common issues occur. Setting up user groups could be a bit easier. Also, being able to send campaigns to 1-2 users is surprisingly not an option. Campaigns have to be sent to groups of users. What I like is that it has many training material, the content of said material. I like extensive the documentation is so we can ensure email deliverablitly and our email security system does not block it. KnowBe4 is one of the best security awareness training platforms that I have used. The platform is very user-friendly, and packed with engaging content from many topics that are from the security side of things. There are different types of difficulties depending on content to cater to your employees, as well as phishing campaigns which can make it seem like the real thing. The Training is all-inclusive and offers a variety of different topics + delivery methods. Our account manager helped guide us through initial setup and anytime I need to add/change features, it's easy to setup a follow up meeting with our account managers. I wish the Administrative Platform was a little more user-friendly / instictive.
