"Platinum Package Disappoints: Too Little Content for the Price"

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

Not much to like, its functionality is quite average when compared to other providers. We have been using knowbe4 for 3 years or more now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?

The amount of content available on the Platinum package is quite disappointing. For the amount you pay you dont get the value in content available for our organization. It should be a pay per content model as I presume alot of the content is in the diamond package which is unaffordable and doesnt make business sense. It also forces us to use th PAB button which we are not keen on using and has little to no integration with microsoft. The phishing tests on knowbe4 kicks out alot of false positives so we use microsoft instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
