Depending on the settings for the phishing emails, it can be very easy to tell the difference between a test email and an actual phishing attempt or can be extremely difficult to tell the difference. In truth, I actually did click a link on one of the phishing test emails! I came into a fully implemented setup of KnowBe4 and it is taking a little time to understand all of the options and how to set everything up properly. Limited training modules in MODSTORE. Certain training modules repeat the same concepts. Difficult to customise training content to meet specific organisational needs. Content gets retired too frequently which causes to redo and update training program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can pick out the modules of interest and tailer to the organization. We have HR, Security, IT and Compliance review the library yearly and pick out the trainings for the month. We plan out training calendar for the year. If there is any new content that is released throughout the year, we may add it as an ad hoc training. None at this time. Everything has been working great, support team has been great. We had an issue trying to get the PhishAlert setup for a 2nd domain, they worked with us to get it up and going, kept us updated on the changes going on behind the scenes et. The availability of various templates for emails and training is constantly getting updated. In addition to that, they continue to add new features and services, which are a great addition to the base product. Down side is if you do click on something wrong you will be dinged as such and the score will go down. I relize this is how it needs to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The variety of topics is broad, however we only use a small set of them. The user interface is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The requriement to add TXT files to our DNS servers to enroll users. We support many businesses with our KB4 training, but this requirement makes new clients coming on board difficult.

Also, we really miss not being able to create our own quizzes or add our own content to a training course. Because of this, we also have a subscription with a competitor that does not have such limitations.

Also, the reporting is difficult becuase everything has to be downloaded as a CSV. I woudl like a broader range of reports built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
