I like how granular it is. We are able to get training to the right groups through the use of smart groups, and are also able to complete required teacher training through the platform that would otherwise be difficult to administer through other channels.

What I do not like about awareness training is that we are not able to see into the past. As an example when a user completes a training in 2025 the user cannot go back into the training tab and look to get their certificate from previously completed training. That is something I would like to see as a feature.

The training is allowing our users to be able to finish the mandatory training in a seamless fashion. We like that we can also upload our own customized training through SCORM files.

While the platform is overall very effective, some of the training modules can feel slightly repetitive over time, especially for users who are already familiar with cybersecurity basics. However, this repetition can also reinforce important concepts, which is beneficial in the long run.

There are broad variety of templates on different categoreis which are regularly updated as per the latest phishing trends which help us to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Limited training modules in MODSTORE. Certain training modules repeat the same concepts. Difficult to customise training content to meet specific organisational needs. Content gets retired too frequently which causes to redo and update training program.

It has immensely strengthened our organisation's security posture as employees are getting trained and educated on how to identify and report various types of phishing emails which has reduced the risk of successful phishing attacks.

Automated email reminder feature has also helped to ensure that the users complete their assigned trainings on time which has helped us to meet compliance from organisational perspective.

Its very easy to setup and create campaigns that fit our business needs. Tracking of email and other phishing campaigns are also easy within the dashboard. Integration into our systems is fairly simple and straightforward. The 'Inside Man' series provides training while entertaining! Their support is great and knowlegeable.

The training provided by KnowBe4 is a great asset to our cyber security. There are options for different situations, knowledge levels, interests, etc... The trainings keep us up to date and provided real life situations to relate to. I highly recommend your organization implementing KnowBe4 trainings. It is ieasy to use, integrate and implement and there has been great customer support. It is also great to be able to set the frquency in which traings take place within our schedule.

While the platform is generally intuitive, the admin portal could be improved by making navigation to the latest campaigns and key management features more streamlined and user-friendly. Enhanced dashboard customization and quicker access to frequently used tools would further improve the administrative experience.

KnowBe4 offers a wide variety of training videos; PhishER allows automated AI to determine if a reported email is harmful, and most importantly, PhishRIP can be used to pull out a harmful email from everyone's inbox in the organization.

Although KnowBe4 offers a wide variety of training videos, many of them lack the necessary education and information.

We used KnowBe4 training videos to educate end users regarding phishing and social engineering.

This has tremendously reduced the IT department's workload now that users report potentially harmful emails straight to KnowBe4.

It also reduced the number of affected devices and most importantly no successful social engineering since the training.
