i was losing jobs working a paper system. Now i can schedule follow ups in a year. And the price is great. I shopped at least 12 software companies, before i decided to go with kickserv. Kickserv has pretty much everything you need to run a dispatch business. We are able to send estimates, send invoices, track our guys time on each job, we are also able to take credit card payments, send reciepts and see if the customer viewd the invoice or n ot. If you are not a tech-savvy kind of person, it is a little harder to get used to where verything is, but once you get the hang of it, it is extremly helpful in our day-to-day duties. The support team of Kickserv is very very helpful. They respond quickly as a smaller business and we love to support other small businesses like Gary's Electric. Started using it in the office and it has been very easy to get the hang of. It is very straight forward and helps so much with organisation in an office.
