**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

Kickserve software has been a game changer for our business. It’s incredibly easy to use, well-designed, and has helped streamline our daily operations. Scheduling, job management, invoicing, and tracking everything in one place has saved us so much time.

The system is reliable and runs smoothly, and the support team is always quick to respond whenever we need assistance. It has definitely improved our efficiency and overall workflow.

Kickserve has solved our scheduling, invoicing, and job tracking issues by putting everything in one organised system. It helps us manage multiple cleaning jobs across Melbourne efficiently, track deposits and payments easily, and present a more professional image to our clients. It has saved us time, reduced errors, and improved our overall workflow.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

The customization options make it easy to accommodate almost any type of service. I’ve used KickServ with three different types of companies, and each one has quickly become more profitable and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

QuickBooks Sync is necessary at the start when using KickServ. I just wish that had been communicated more clearly when I first signed up, because it could have saved me quite a bit of time in the beginning.

**What problems is Kickserv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I value accountability and transparency throughout the company’s operations, at every stage of the job life cycle.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

We like that they've made some changes to the web version which allows more customization of areas we use/don't use.  Still very pleased with the overall use of this provider. 

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

Kickserv seems to have been going through a lot of changes in the past 6 months.  These aren't necessarily bad, just a lot to learn as far as where things are located now compared to how it's been.  The app seems to log us out quite frequently but we do our best to not get too frustrated with it.  There are some features on the app such as tap to pay, and attachments that don't always load properly and you have to close out and go back in for them to show up. Hopefully those will be resolved soon.  Otherwise, we're still very happy.

Kickserv helps us to stay organized,  to communicate with not only our customers but our techs.  It allows us to free up time in the day because we're not spending hours filling out paper tickets, we love it!

Magic link is a great tool when you are using a different device and don't remember the password off hand.

There haven't been any issues while using it, so I have no complaints.

The scheduling and user dashboard is great to keep all customer information in one place, along with any photos, or details about the job.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

Kickserv has been a powerful tool for streamlining our field service operations and providing real-time visibility across active projects. Instantly implemented this with a manufacturing, installing, servicing company thanks to the staff at Kickserv who have helped me use this software which I depend on a daily and monthly basis to track billables and customer satisfaction and so much more. So easy to integrate our existing systems into it.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

Would love to see a built-in CRM feature for better customer management. It’d be helpful if files and photos were accessible directly from the main customer profile page. A map view showing all unscheduled jobs would improve planning and route optimization. Also, switching between users on a shared iPad could be easier, streamlining that would help techs in the field.

**What problems is Kickserv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickserv helps us stay organized across multiple service teams by centralizing job scheduling, customer communication, and field updates in one place. It’s made dispatching more efficient and given us better visibility into project progress throughout the day.

Kickserv continues to improve. They do not update simply to say "we updated." When they release an update it is because additional features have been added. Sometimes the updates are responses to requests by end users. Sometimes new system integrations. Always with the ambition of making the user experience easier. 

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

Inventory control (not their ballistic,  I know). Also a better way for employees to interact with each other would be great. Other than that, Kickserv is pretty much exactly what we need. 

**What problems is Kickserv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Job and work order management. Keeping everyone up-to-date with job status and problems encountered. The more information everyone has the easier it is to keep the customer updated.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

The team and I use Kickserv 7 days a week, once you become familiar with their software navigating is a breeze. The most difficult part of the implementation was the time involed, but that is inhearant with the implementation of any software. We did encounter some trouble when integrating our QuickBooks, but the error was on the side of our QuickBooks account itself and when reaching out to customer support for assistance in resolving our issue, their response time was fast and got us back on track without any headache. 

Having everything at our fingertips and all in one place has improved efficiencies for us pretty dramatically. The ability to create and send estimates, receive approvals, communicate with customers and receive payments much faster! Customer feedback has been positive also, the customer center offers a lot of information, ultimately reducing the frequency of phone calls & emails, creating more time for us to stay ahead!

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

I can't say that there's anything really that I dislike, but there's always room for improvement. Kickserv is great at providing the ability to submit feedback and suggestions to continue growing its capabilities, and they offer transparancy with the improvements that have been put in place.

Consolidation. Kickserv encompasses about every angle of what we require to operate our nationwide service route.

Kickserv provides everything you need to start and run a small business. Invoicing, marketing, and more. It integrates well. Has great customer support. It also can scale with you as your business grows!

The only downside I have found was some restricted abilities on the mobile Apps but those are being updated pretty regularly as well.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

Clear easy viewing of appointments on a calendar screen.  Easy to put jobs and estimates in.  Messaging clients through the app is easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

If you are on week 2 of the month and enter info into a job and want to go back to week 2 of the calendar, you either have to hit the back button enough times to return to that week or hit the calendar button and then change the week.  It does not return to the week you were working in.

**What problems is Kickserv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One location for our admin and our in field technicians.  One easy place to find all information about a client. Easy for everyone to schedule without over scheduling.

The ease of scheduling and changing appointments if needed. Also Customer service has been outstanding if we have any issues.

Still a little glitchy but overall you can work through it.

Give it a try. Make sure you take advantage of the live tutorials they offer you. It is easy enough to use that you'll want to just go for it but they will show you little things that will save you time in the future.

i was losing jobs working a paper system. Now i can schedule follow ups in a year. And the price is great. I shopped at least 12 software companies, before i decided to go with kickserv.  If you have a question you can call and talk to someone. I am impressed.

Helps to correlate and report on jobs won vs lost and allows me to track individual job profits.

The only thing I don’t like is that it takes a higher subscription rate in order to add in external payments.

The ability to confirm that customers have viewed invoices and estimates. In terms of bang for buck, Kickserv is one of the best.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

Kickserv has pretty much everything you need to run a dispatch business. We are able to send estimates, send invoices, track our guys time on each job,  we are also able to take credit card payments, send reciepts and see if the customer viewd the invoice or n ot. We love this program.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

If you are not a tech-savvy kind of person, it is a little harder to get used to where verything is, but once you get the hang of it, it is extremly helpful in our day-to-day duties. The support team of Kickserv is very very helpful. They respond quickly as a smaller business and we love to support other small businesses like Gary's Electric. We use this sytem everyday, multipe times a day and iut makes our lives so much easier.

Kickserv is solving all of our paper invoices, reciepts, estimates and more and replacing it with all digital billing. This makes it so much easier on our office.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

Kickserv has helped me completely organize and automate a good chunk of my small business. Before Kickserv we were using paper notes and invoices and scheduling using our head and where we could remember we said we'd go. Now with Kickserv we have opened up a clear, concise, and easy to use communication channel between us and our customers. Thank you Kickserv for helping me create that experience for me and my customers.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

Nothing. Kickserv is very easy to use and connect with QBO. They are very quick to help with any issues I may have and are quick to help fix any issues as well. The customer service is fantastic.

**What problems is Kickserv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solved my problem with organization within the company by keeping everything separate and clear. They have also helped my scheduling issue by keeping as easy to use calendar that rinds both my techs and my customers about the appointments that were set.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

Started using it in the office and it has been very easy to get the hang of. It is very straight forward and helps so much with organisation in an office. We use it everyday and if there are ever any issues we email the customer support line and they are usually very helpful.

Can log you out sometimes randomly, but I'm sure that is just a glitch or bug and that it will be fixed soon

It is helping us to keep everything digital. Also having all of our info in one place makes it very easy to navigate anything that we need or any info that we need to look up. It also helps to manage the team better

Highly accessible and intuitive to use. Very seldom is there a problem that needs tech support to solve.

Occasionally some of the filters under the job section and others can include redudanices from the prior month.

Other field service softwares have some features that go more in-depth, however Kickserv is by far the easiest software to onboard new technicians to. Because of that, it's allowed us to bring on new technicians with very little difficulty, as well as making it easier for them to use it when they need to look at their schedules.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

One of the best features of Kickserv is the integrated map. We are a mobile business and once a tech clicks on a job, they can easily click on directions without having to use a seperate app. The invoicing is super easy and it integrates with Quickbooks which is a huge help for our business.

The only thing i would change is that I wish we were able to enter new part numbers into Kickserv while doing estimates/invoices. We currently have to still do that through Quickbooks and then sync it before we can do an estimate.

We originally used Bookings through Microsoft then they discontinued the app which crippled our mobile business. Kickserv has replaced that and had better features.

I like using kicker for a plumbing business because it allows communication in the field and office seamlessly. I also like that we can notify the technician that he has received a job through the notify button very easily. Also, we really like that you can jobs from the calendar.

The only thing I don't like about it is that it seems like accounting integration is a little behind. I wish that it wasn't just QuickBooks that we could use because QuickBooks is really expensive. If we could intergrate with another accounting software that was not as expesive as quickbooks, that would be ideal.

After our previous software was discontinued, we had no real way of sending the jobs to our technicians except through text message, and then would still have to update in the system. Kickserv helped send technicians their jobs very easily. Also, the notify the client feature seems to very helpful, but we don't use it as much. We plan on using it more when our scheduling simplifies.

I am beyond pleased with out experience so far with Kickserv. The customer support if fast and effective. If there was ever a need that I couldn't figure out on my own, Kickserv was there to immediately remedy the solution. Also, the 2 way sync with Quickbooks is a game changer. Love it!!

I would like to be able to send more than the invoices through Kickserv. It would be helpful if I could send payment agreement forms as well.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

I love how kickserv gives me a low-cost way to appear professional to my customers, and that it's an easy-to-learn system that helps me organize and manage my work orders throughout my entire team. It really does keep the entire team on the same page as far as what work is coming, what's in process, and what is needing to be wrapped up. There client success team is made up of attentive and dedcated reps that have a firm grasp on their product and don't mind spending whatever time is needed to help you work out the kinks. It doesn't fit my needs to a T, but it is definitely a product that allows you to be extremely detailed and professional AND is flexible to cover all industries even if you have tweak it's uses a bit.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

I don't like that you have to enter Items in the settings in order to enter an expense. I wish there was, at least, a plus sign next to Items that will allow you to add an item spontaneously. In my business, I have so many items that I literally only use once. So, for my situation, it would be more convenient to be able to enter an Item spontaneously in the field (just to be able to type freely) OR be able to access a database that will allow me to pull a standard item. I eventually disconnected my Quickbooks account because it was entirely too much to have to log into quickbooks to add an item that I was only going to use once on a Kickserv estimate. 

I am not sure if it's a glitch or what, but there is something weird about entering expenses and applying them as charges. Some of my expense information was not added to my expeses section when I selected to have it entered as a charge as well. Now, I usually just enter them sepertaly to avoid that quirk.

I also wish there was something of a "Tech's Closeout Section" on work orders. Where specific devliverables can be uploaded without them being added to the invoices, and that techs could create closeout notes that would stay in place if I wanted to add notes to the invoices. Then a tech could mark the work order as complete and someone else could generate the invoice one it was accounted for. It would also be extremely helpful if times were generated into the time fields when techs checkin and checkout of jobs. 

Again, these mentions are very specific to my industry so it may not be something that aligns with what Kickserv does essentially. All-in-all, it's a great product that I have been able to tweak to fit my needs just fine. Thanks for creating it and working to improve it.

It is solving the problem of wanting to appear professional on a start-up budget and wanting to have a work order system that allows complete management of my work and job opportunities. It is also important that it can be used across my entire team seamlessly. It is meeting that need. There is a learning curve in the setting up process, but it is very easy to use for techs in the field.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

We have been using Kickserv for over 10 years and have been able to grow our service-based business by over 50% using the Kickserv platform.  We like the ease of implementation  and availability of customer support.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

Over the past 10 years, we have found very little that we dislike about Kickserv.  If we had to pinpoint one thing, it would be the difficulty in integrating automatic things like using mailchimp for email campaigns.

**What problems is Kickserv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilizing the easy to use dispatching features for our crews and customer schedulings.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

I like this cloud-based service that offers a nice and flexible user interface with good colors. I specially like the always responsive support and the low cost subscription, plus this software is easy to set up and shows a lot of efficiency when using it.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

For now I could only complain about certain functions that have performance and syncronization problems.

**What problems is Kickserv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this solution we can have free time and dedicate ourselves to other things because Kickserv made all our work easier because it is easy to create reminders, keeping us up to data, and managing our work constantly, avoiding mistakes. And grow the business for and without any problem.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

Being able to schedule jobs, and set repeat work for clients is extremely useful.  This reduces the potential for losing clients.  The ability to set reminders through email and text helps immensely as well as the apps integration with the map in my phone.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

The app is very useful, but certain things can only reliably be done through the website (like marking a job done, scheduling future work and updating client details).

**What problems is Kickserv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kickserv covers most things in my business: quoting, invoicing, and scheduling work.  The app's addresses for clients are sent reliably to my phone's map, which reliably gets me to the job.  It also helps me keep track of which clients have paid...or not.

This tool lack in some functionalities which are critical for specific industry.

Kickserv is solving problem by providing automated appoitment reminder, status update, customer portal etc.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

I like the ease of use and that it is very intuitive and ultra customizable. I also love that it helps a lot to always be active and productive while working in the background, plus it is cloud based and is used a lot on a daily basis and solves problems.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

I think the only problems it presents were in the lack of performance of the servers showing slowness.

It solves problems because it is a fundamental solution to order and manage all the work and the information we require is quickly accessed and it helps with tracking and calendars, it is excellent and organized.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

The reason I signed up with Kickserv was to better track history and billing for our customers. 

We do residential new construction as well as service work and this managed to help fit both of those needs.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

The inability to set terms for the customers and have it send emails/reminders based on those terms. This is the main issue that downside to switching to Kickserv from our QB billing.

**What do you like best about Kickserv?**

I like it because it is a product that provides a good user experience due to its functions such as tracking, calendar, custom colors, good learning curve and that it offers tracking functions and it was easy to implement and manage.

**What do you dislike about Kickserv?**

I think they way it works in the browser is better than with the app.

**What problems is Kickserv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us everything we need to manage work orders, run the business, customers request quotes, we change our work system, we avoid headsaches and it is currently being used and improved every day.
