What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management?

We primarily use Spredfast for monitoring social media channels for a client. It provides a nice interface for keeping tabs on all social media channels, and lets us quickly and easily notify our client when there is an issue they need to address. The interface can be a bit clunky at times. Unless you do the training, some of the options can be a bit opaque. However, the trainings were nice and walked us through the entire process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely go through the training! It makes a big difference in how well you're able to use the program and accomplish your goals. What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management?

I like the layout of the streams and overall, the product does the job well as long as you have it set up well. I think that the customization of the streams is pretty well built and thought out. It allows for a variety of use scenarios. Also, once you have it set up correctly with the proper account sets and initiatives, setting up and introducing new users the system is quite easy and smooth. I think the most difficult thing is setting the initiatives and account sets so it's working correctly in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?

It's extremely slow, even on a fast machine. Things just take a while. I'd say there are little things too that just don't make sense. Like why couldn't you post the same message to multiple outlets at the same time and edit them differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
