Spredfast gives you great insight into your social media performance on Facebook and Twitter. It gives useful feedback on a number of key metrics, including your top posts by engagement, and total numbers of likes, clicks, comments, mentions and retweets your brand has received. To the best of my knowledge, the tool does not offer real-time analytics that other platforms such as SimpleReach and ChartBeat provide, so its best use is in looking back at previous days' data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spredfast allows for simplicity in listening to your audience through keyword searches. It is also simple to schedule posts for multiple platforms. The customer service is also very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?

Metrics reporting. I do wish that the metrics for Spredfast were more visual. There have also been issues with the metrics tool not reporting LinkedIn engagement accurately. Sometimes there are discrepancies in Facebook metrics as well with not pulling link clicks based on the post, but with the bit.ly link overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had issues with incorrect reporting numerous times. Facebook and Spredfast often report different numbers when it comes to engagement, resulting in a lot of manual, hand counting. These problems get resolved on a case by case basis, but Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, the lack of attention to the visuals bothers me. I know it isn't important, but if a company can't keep the UI attractive and easy to understand, then it's a poor reflection on the product as a whole.
