This tool can handle massive volumes of mentions and makes it easy to track mentions and respond. It's also easy to use the approval system for copy and posts, you can punt them back to someone with notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is clunky and not intuitive. It also doesn't have real-time monitoring, there is a delay that can be critical. Their integrated solution is world class as is their account and strategy team. Really, the solution and it’s capacity will blow your mind. In addition, they don’t over promise. Spredfast offers a clean UX and is broken up into easily accessible tools: Social Inbox, Calendar, Analytics & Content Library. The Calendar offers a high visual of weekly content schedules, and Analytics offers easy to read engagement measurements. Also, Spredfast is continuously in update mode, which results in constant improvements to the tools and systems. While the updates are great, there's a learning curve with each one. It's easy to get comfortable with the tools, which means any updates can rock the boat a bit. Spredfast has extensive data exports that are easily manipulated into actionable reports. Their dashboards are a good source for a quick reference of what is happening across your pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Their IT open ticket time can use improvement. Faster response and a free flow of communication so the user knows that actions are being taken to fix the problem.
-Sometimes server speed is very slow. Dashboards and data takes time to load onto the screen.

The struggle I have with Spredfast is how slow it runs. I have previously used Hootsuite, which is much faster and streams are much easier to load and view. Spredfast is too sluggish to use in fast-moving Twitter chats, too buggy to rely on for Facebook scheduling, and too limited in its LinkedIn reporting (no group engagements are reported on). I also would love if Spredfast had Instagram and Pinterest, since those are hugely important platforms for my B2C clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
