While I was working at BMW Turkey, Khoros was the tool that Global Marketing Team which is based in Munich upload all the social media assets so that our agency can use it easily, I was in between guy between agency and the global marketing team, I have had a user account where I onboard the agency people first. In my organization we started using Khoros to efficiently provide answers to our customers' queries on various social platforms; organize, plan and publish content and perform analytics that can be critical in our decision-making around marketing. Khoros has pretty good customization capabilities, the calendar view is attractive and I like that there is an approval process because content can be reviewed before being published, it's an excellent feature. Unlike similar products we have explored, I can tell that Khoros was built by professionals who understand marketing strategies beyond social media. They have omnichannel integration and scalability as top priorities in their product roadmaps. With over 200 social media accounts and 40,000+ incoming conversations per month, the ability to share content and escalate issues efficiently amongst remote teams is extremely important; Khoros is the only platform we have used that has enabled us to do this successfully. At times, Khoros has been slow to onboard products that serve new social channel functionality i.e. analytics for Instagram reels or collaboration posts.
