Our Sales and Customer Experience team were phenomenal and quick to respond if we ever had questions or concerns. The product allows us to capture consent management preferences easily and we are able to have an organized dashboard to show us insights into those preferences. It can be difficult to coordinate across departments and keep our privacy efforts in sync while still scaffolding our new product offerings moving forward on the development front. Customer privacy is very important in our industry when we build products to support their needs. The downside to me is having a product that is outside of our normal "big" providers of services (Microsoft, etc). Learning a new set of tools is a challenge when my schedule is full. The functionality outweighs this concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been blown away by Ketch. Ketch's customer service is the BEST! I worked with other privacy vendors and this company was offering a white glove service compared to other competitors. They were responsive to our questions, made holistic product changes based on our unique use cases, and helped us troubleshoot issues when the team ran into them. I also really appreciated that their product included additional features that were NOT required by legal or regulatory requirements. They had features that provided value to a privacy program. Lastly, I really appreciated how simple the user interface was to use and the support articles that are available. It was a quick and smooth transition compared to other vendors where there was a lack of intuitiveness to the tools and documentation to help implement. I would recommend working with them 100% of the time as they will be valueable partners as both your privacy program matures and the Ketch product matures in parallel. Ketch should be able to orchestrate consent preferences with SDKs, rather than having organizations handle this themselves via code. That's the only downside of using their consent management platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be difficult to stay ip to date with all the privacy laws - Ketch provides everything you would need to easily integrate all the privacy settings on your web property. It can get very granular if necessary.

Processing requests is almost fully automated, where human intervention is required it is very simple. Finding outstanding customer requests, tracking progress, and identifying potential issues is very streamlined making the administration duties nearly effortless with their DSR workflows and integration with our data warehouse.
