Kentico is a solution for all departments. It's interface makes it easy for non-technical team members of the company to use through things such as WYSIWYG editors. It's powerful enough to give our technical members of the company the flexibility develop using their preferred languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A bunch of useful features (like marketing, email campaigns, SEO) are already built-in. Large community and most of the times I could find an answer to my problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Several times I had some heavy bugs and I needed to contact Kentico Support. My suggestion would be to summarize such inquiries and make a searchable knowledge database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

+ support is not really helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Kentico provides a wide range of useful tools and functionalities. Improvements are consistently made from one version to another. New technologies are used (ASP.NET Core MVC). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The administration interface can be very slow and doesn't use .NET Core in Kentico 13. Some features are not intuitive to use (workflows, consents). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
