Kentico is a very user-friendly CMS for day-to-day management of a medium-large site. It has allowed us to customise our site without heavy reliance on developers and it provides us with the flexibility to ensure visitors to our site have the best possible experience.
There are a number of additional tools which can be enabled to provide functionality such as newsletters, forums, multi-language support etc if required which is also useful, although some of these features are a little basic depending on your needs.
Overall Kentico provides a great platform which is highly scalable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it too other users based on our use of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe the e-commerce facility is separate - would be useful if this was built-in to the solution even for low-volume selling online. Also the web analytics provided are a bit lacklustre - instead would suggest allowing users to pull in Google Analytics would be more helpful.
At times the CMS can be slow, and while it's great that there is a newsletter facility provided this is not suitable for our volume/requirements so the ability to fully integrate with email marketing software and CRM systems would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

XbyK is very flexible and easy to use. Kentico is constantly expanding the featureset and really listens to their partners for feature requests and often will incorporate them into the product roadmap.
