When you create automated tasks that span a significant number of pages, you can see synchronization errors, which makes following changes or the status of a task for a specific page a difficult task to accomplish. The customer support although they are friendly did not give me the help I needed at the time I contacted them since their suggestions lacked real value to the issue I was presenting at the time. XbyK is very flexible and easy to use. Kentico is constantly expanding the featureset and really listens to their partners for feature requests and often will incorporate them into the product roadmap.
