Karbon is a really cool tool that our office implemented about two years ago to use day in and day out. I love how you can manage workflow and tasks effectively and easily. It offers a lot of ways to personalize to best fit the needs of your team and your firm. One really cool feature that Karbon recently integrated to their platform is their summaries powered by Karbon AI. It is a really nice tool to go into an email or client to get a quick overview or refresher before diving into that email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are two features which could use a little bit of an upgrade. The first one is their Assignments page. Currently, it's a little hard to assign and understand the "use" of that page. Secondly, the "Notes" in the My week. Having the notes a different color than the rest of the work items in Karbon can help it stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is the best tracking tool that I used. I already have 5 years of work experience; this is the best so far. It allowed me to list all my recurring tasks and with so many clients that I'm handling this is very convenient. The planning and collaborative funcionality is helpful in managing all the day to day work. The ability to queue up tasks for action, whether they’re emails, notes, or work items, is incredibly helpful. Being able to assign these items to colleagues, chat with them, or just having visibility into what everyone is working on is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we started using Karbon the firm has been more consistent and organized with all client project. It makes it easiere for me to see what projects are still open and where we need to direct our resources. The auto reminder emails have saved us so much time. Karbon's has completely transformed our ability to standardise workflows, creating efficiency between team and client, scheduling work in a consistent manner. It is now covering all aspects of client interactions from onboarding, document collection and review and signoff. Our clients love it and so do we! Karbon has completely changed how our firm organizes work and client information and how we communicate. Triage is a far superior and more efficient way to sort through your emails and messages from coworkers. Timelines have provided a much improved way to organize information on our clients and keep everyone on the team informed on important client information. My Week is an amazing organizational tool to not get overloaded in work and organize what needs to be done when. The automation aspects of Karbon have saved us so much time. As a new and emerging platform, there are some features of Karbon that are still being developed and improved, so I sometimes feel the growing pains of working in a platform under development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has allowed us to truly see our firm as a whole and understand where we need to improve and what we are doing well. It has helped us with process to get everyone on board. Another thing that we have really enjoyed is the access to the team at Karbon, Ian has been great and even got hands on in our onboarding, & our rep, Lexie is aways available for questions and support. The most useful tool is the triage and being able to manage your time spend on work.

I enjoy Karbon as it can help me organise and plan my week and upcoming tasks. I am able to delegate people and assign users to different tasks very easily. I love being able to visualise and report from the data that we are able to see and work from it. The customer service and support from Karbon have been extremely helpful and I cannot thank them enough for not bombarding me with information. Triage is one of the most favourable features as I can create work items straight from email which I cannot use enough. I would use this if I could for personal use as I use it everyday. Timesheets can be a time consuming in their own way. I am able to select work completed or something I have worked on. Small tasks and notes do show up but if I could reuse tasks or clients from previous weeks, that would be handy. The search is a little challenging and will not 100% pick up certain work that we have done but it could be a naming convention we use that does make it a challenge.
