What do you like best about Juphy?

Seriously, can't understand why no-one has done this before, it's a life changer tool!

Looks promising, having everything in the same panel and not needing to change between tools. Being able to reply to messages, and having all messages with that person in a simple thread is a live saver. Also being able to send tasks to colleagues as you can add your team into the app so each can handle their relative tasks.

This tool is going to solve a lot of issues that I have, it just needs to improve things as they are doing :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

Why do I give it 8 points instead of 10? Because few things IMO must be added:

- Hiding my own comments: I don't want to see my own comments like notifications. For example, I add hashtags in the first comment in my Instagram post, the tool needs to hide that to improve workflow.

- Pics: the app doesn't show users commenting avatars, and you can't add different images/color to workspaces, and it's a must also to improve workflow, knowing in a fast way in which workspace are you working. Adding the logo, or custom color for that would change a lot everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have you considered opening a feature request for hiding your own comments? It seems like a nice feature to have.

We're showing avatars unless the user chooses not to. Some people do not share their data with third parties.

You can also change the logo of a workspace as well as the colour of the workspace! It is just as you wish! :)

We're driven to improve and things are only going to be better!

What do you like best about Juphy?

I was looking for a tool to manage all my social medias comments in one place.

I am really luck that I found Juphy.

Their website look very professional, the roadmap is absolutely amazing.

The best part? It took me a couple of minutes to set it up and start seeing all the comments that I had not replied. I replied all of them with easy inside Juphy.

The interface is very clean and straight forward.

No more jumping from Facebook to Instagram and YouTube to respond the comments. The best of all I can sort by channel and reply very quickly.

If you run multiple FB ads you know the pain of going inside FB dashboard and reply them all. It is a pain. NOT anymore as Juphy makes replying comments very easy!

I wish they keep developing the product and bring more social channels.

If you are tired of jumping from one place to another to reply comments test Juphy. I am sure you will love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Juphy?

I bought Juphy on a bit of a whim, sure that it would be useful but with no immediate need for it. Lo and behold, it is already proving its worth very rapidly, after I decided to do a soft launch of my embedded blog alpha (to complement the Swipe Pages LTD). I connected my YT, Twitter, FB, LI, Insta accounts + Slack and downloaded the app, not only is it a cinch, it just cuts out the multiple logins and I can do all replies from my phone now! This really is a unified inbox, when Gmail and Facebook Groups arrives, plus hopefully others like Review sites, this will easily be one of the most valuable LTDs in my arsenal. They already have an impressive array of enterprise clients using their software, so this one is here to stay. Don't be a Gollum, get Juphy for your business - it works whether you're an army of 1 or a team of 100! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Juphy?

I was looking for a tool like Front and Juphy came up and I love it! Easy to use, no onboarding needed and for me it is really a time saver in my daily business. The UX design is simple and the automation works well. The customer support is really responsive and helpful. I love to grow my channels with Juphy and to work with it every day. What do you like best about Juphy?

I found Juphy app after a quick Googling for a unified inbox app and a collaborative customer support tool. It is exactly what I was looking for! When you have many social media accounts, it’s hard to track all the messages, which is where Juphy comes in handy. I manage my social media accounts pretty much every day. I have always wished for a solution to manage those activities from a single place. With the release of Juphy, that problem has been resolved and managing multiple social media accounts is now more convenient than ever before. The tool boasts of having a number of features which are designed to help you manage all your websites' social media accounts from a single location. Personally, I depend on several social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Reddit etc. So, Juphy is a huge time saver for me, and you don't have to waste time hopping from page-to-page. This also means that you can respond promptly to customers and keep them happy while boosting your brand awareness at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

I really need the Gmail, WhatsApp and Facebook group integration. They are not available currently. However, these integrations are listed on the Roadmap of Juphy, so I am hopeful that these features will soon be made available for Juphy users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Juphy?

Having all my social media channels comments and messages under one single to use interface, where i can keep track of everything without having to switch between social accounts and answer each and every user. I am amazed as to how much time i am saving now with Juphy vs. how I used to work with my social media channels. At least 60% time saved now that I can put into other areas of my business. I love it! What do you dislike about Juphy?

I pretty much like everything about Juphy. At the moment YouTube is not available due to some issues with API restrictions, but Juphy is working on that to fix it asap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Juphy is absolutely an essential tool if you would like a centralised inbox for all your social channels.

What do you like best about Juphy?

I love having all my accounts in one place and being able to reply to comments or private messages easily. Easy to use, can't wait to see all the new features announced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Juphy?

Having spent hours testing other similar offers, I found Juphy to stick. First impression is that the UI/UX is simple, clean, and well designed. The setting and tools are organised in manner that was made it easy to onboard our team members. We also manage several businesses so being able to separate the workspaces is key. What do you dislike about Juphy?

For users that are in multiple workspaces, the default screen upon login should be a customisable dashboard, or set a default workspace. Today, it appears to load the newest workspace that the user was added too.
