What do you like best about Juphy?

I like that fact that I can streamline customer support and manage multiple channels using a single inbox. My business in Singapore relies on Google My Business, Whatsapp and Facebook a lot since my customers are on these platforms. Having a tool like Juphy makes it easy to manage the communications and demands that my customers place on me and my team. No more jumping between tabs and browsers, logging in and out multiple platforms and channels!

What do you dislike about Juphy?

Not much really. I thought they were lacking in channel support 6 months ago when I first used the software. But now they have really filled that hole. I look forward to adding Linkedin, Instagram and Youtube next year as I seek to expand my team, outreach and services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Juphy?

Juphy makes it easy to see all of the messages for my business in one place. I don't have to keep jumping from social media platform to social media platform to respond to my followers. Juphy lets me do that all from one place! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

The only downside of Juphy is that I'm still unable to use a mobile app. This is crucial to get the most out of what Juphy can offer, especially since I'm not always in front of my computer to respond to followers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Juphy?

I'm not a "social media person" and don't want to spend my day tracking down different accounts to make sure that I'm responding to everybody who is trying to get in touch with me. Juphy makes this easy by having all my accounts in a single place, so I can go in and handle all my messages very quickly. it had totally changed the way I do social media and given me back a lot of time. What do you like best about Juphy?

Today many businesses have to manage multiple social media accounts. It takes a lot of time and energy to keep up with all the different platforms, respond to messages, and post new content periodically. Juphy's one-screen dashboard allows you to manage customer messages (both view and respond) from different channels in one place which is a huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

Still having some trouble with our WhatsApp channel, but we're sure it will be ironed out soon. Also looking forward to see Gmail integration is out of Beta stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Juphy?

I'm in the early stages of running a new business and managing two personal brands. Juphy is a tremendous help in unifying social media messages linked with these entities. In my case, it's handy to be able to invite specific staff members to handle inquiries from customers whose native language isn't English. I can assign/revoke roles and review all correspondence in one convenient location. They have a promising road map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It can manage reviews on Google Play and Appstore. It's useful for app developers.

- It focuses on customer support with the unified inbox. It will grow by having a straight direction.
