Sometimes they cannot solve problems, they require additional information to be sent even when screenshots have already been sent. The last time I needed it, I practically had to solve it myself, as the response they gave me did not help. I use Jotform for my job and it makes my job so much easier. I use Jotform almso every single day of my job. We used to use Google Forms but since I work at a college, many of the add-ons are blocked by our IT department.
