I find the reporting functionality useful. It includes the information I need to understand program/system usage. I also like that I can quickly generate reporting on my own without assistance from my Semos partner. In addition, I like that I can make some simple updates to text that appears on different pages and/or emails (I partner with Semose for more extensive changes). Finally, my Semos partner is great about meeting on a regular basis to address our challenges and provides timely updates as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that the system is restrictive and as such, it doesn't fully meet the needs of our Company's program. There are system changes that we need (like multi-select options, additional text fields or dropdowns) that Semos is unable to accommodate. This means that we're unable to create the best program for our employees; rather, we have to create a program that fits within the confines of their system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use - from finding to rewarding a colleague - was outstanding.

To be sure that they will help you to resolve any issues. I've had a few bumps with malfunctioning products and the support from JobPts was phenomenal every single time. They always got my back, for returns, refunds, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The issues with e-Bay are unsolved for far too long... The alternative is to redeem cash through virtual cards. There are a few bumps there as well: the virtual card security verification is a pain. Lately, it takes an average of ten days for me to use the card each time I redeem my points which is unreal! Also, the fact that each time I redeem the points I have to create a new card is insane. I can never use 100% of my points as very often I end up with small amounts which I cannot use to buy anything. It would be much fairer if we could credit the same card over and over to use the award entirely. And there is also the fact that not all vendors accept these cards... Aleksandra was very helpful in resolving an inquiry in a timely manner when the timeframe was quite tight. Having used JobPts for a number of years now as part of our Global "Appreciate' programme, I am amazed and inspired by its simplicity and capabilities. The mobile app is especially easy to use and great for making someone feel appreciated when on the go. Simple notes and awards can be selected in a very easy to follow UI. I like the most the possibility to be able to get recognition and also to provide recognition to other colleagues, and such recognition in reality too covers a value within JobPts. In the before time, when our company haven't used yet JobPts. our recognition happend just in words which is of course a good thing, but a real value behind the recognition is rather more expected and this is what JobPts. can provide. JobPts has an easy to use platform that takes only a few minutes to either recognize someone or check your own recognition. When claiming award, you can easily check on the options and they have an amazing center of support that makes you fell safe in every action you take - also helping you with external problems with others sellers and related, which is very important. Not sure if it is JobPts functionality or internal company rules, but the exchange rate to local currency does not match the current value of money, which is a little bothersome when converting points to a gift card, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI and UX is very intuitive and easy. I appreciate the gamification portion where it encourages me to appreciate colleagues to increase my rank. I can also see where I sit amongst my peers and organization.
In addition, I like being able to see a feed of appreciations being sent out, it further encourages people to appreciate each other. The process of selecting an award is very easy as well.
