This program gives us everything we could possibly ask for in a customer management database. There are some features I've never even used. And a HUGE shoutout to the live support chat techs. They rock! They are always super quick and helpful. They jump on my chats most times within 30 seconds. The only thing I would like to change is the ability to resize the fonts, which would allow me to reduce the overall window size. It covers a little too much real estate for me. Organization of clients and ability to load files to clients notes.

this is petty but....If you are in a receipt and the customer wants a emailed receipt, you have to go to the main screen to verify their email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
