What is Jenesis?

Jenesis is an insurance agency management system based out of North Carolina. Jenesis was founded in 1999 by Eddie Price who at the time had an insurance agency of his own and needed a management system. So, he built one. Fortunately, Jenesis now has agencies that use the system all throughout the US. Key features of Jenesis include being a Web-based agency management system equipped with an Acord Library, 2-way email and text, automated marketing campaigns, accounting functionality, VoIP RingCentral integration, and more. Jenesis allows the user to manage their agency while bringing in new business as well as retaining current clients.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

Jenesis has come a long way from when I first started using them. Definitely a 10. When you have an issue, their customer service is right there for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenesis?

There is nothing about Jenesis that I don't like. If you have issues you just pick up phone and call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've resdently switch from Jenesis Classic to JenesisNow. There are a few differences but you just pick up the phone and give them a call and they will going in and fix or correct the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

Just super helpful and legit care about you being able to use the products as they are meant to be. Great people to deal with though. Jenesis appears to be way less priced than their larger competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All technology has downsides and Jenesis works with outside vendors that sometimes makes mistakes are are somewhat not within Jenesis ability to correct themselves/ quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

We love the management system, love especially the time and date stamp . Believe me, it has come in handy in referring back to conversations with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

This program gives us everything we could possibly ask for in a customer management database. There are some features I've never even used. And a HUGE shoutout to the live support chat techs. They rock! They are always super quick and helpful. They jump on my chats most times within 30 seconds. I’ve worked with several techs many times and I’ve never stumped them with an issue or question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenesis?

The only thing I would like to change is the ability to resize the fonts, which would allow me to reduce the overall window size. It covers a little too much real estate for me. But that's just personal preference. And as added proof of their tech support, I mentioned this to a tech, and they're investigating the option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

My favorite part about Jenesis is the organization and the ease of use of their software. I also really appreciate their willingness to get to the bottom of an issue and get it solved immediately if need be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenesis?

The only thing I dislike about Jenesis is that when we upgraded to the new version, we lost the rater in quote control. It did make the quoting process a little more tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jenesis is helping us to keep all of our client's information organized and is easily accessible. Making changes is a piece of cake, and we don't have to save changes when a customer is calling in to quote something without actually making the change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

Organization of clients and ability to load files to clients notes.

The clients love the texts/emails for their birthdays. The suspense notes are good follow ups as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

Jenesis has alot of features that you can utilize to make yourself more productive, my personal favorite is that you can upload files to clients profiles. Saves paper, saves time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jenesis has alot of features and sometimes you can get lost in it all, I think if jenesis had a program for teaching how to use their softwares full potential it would be very beneficial! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

I like that we are constantly checked in on to see how we are liking Jenesis & if there is anything we need help with. I also like the youtube video tutorials, it has made the set up process easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

this is petty but....If you are in a receipt and the customer wants a emailed receipt, you have to go to the main screen to verify their email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
