All technology has downsides and Jenesis works with outside vendors that sometimes makes mistakes are are somewhat not within Jenesis ability to correct themselves/ quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This program gives us everything we could possibly ask for in a customer management database. There are some features I've never even used. And a HUGE shoutout to the live support chat techs. They rock! They are always super quick and helpful. They jump on my chats most times within 30 seconds. The only thing I would like to change is the ability to resize the fonts, which would allow me to reduce the overall window size. It covers a little too much real estate for me. But that's just personal preference. And as added proof of their tech support, I mentioned this to a tech, and they're investigating the option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite part about Jenesis is the organization and the ease of use of their software. I also really appreciate their willingness to get to the bottom of an issue and get it solved immediately if need be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Organization of clients and ability to load files to clients notes.
The clients love the texts/emails for their birthdays. The suspense notes are good follow ups as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the companies are not compatible yet with the system. Also would love to have commercial companies compatible as well and the ability to add finance companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jenesis has alot of features that you can utilize to make yourself more productive, my personal favorite is that you can upload files to clients profiles. Saves paper, saves time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
