Jenesis is an insurance agency management system based out of North Carolina. Jenesis was founded in 1999 by Eddie Price who at the time had an insurance agency of his own and needed a management system. So, he built one. Fortunately, Jenesis now has agencies that use the system all throughout the US. Key features of Jenesis include being a Web-based agency management system equipped with an Acord Library, 2-way email and text, automated marketing campaigns, accounting functionality, VoIP RingCentral integration, and more. Jenesis allows the user to manage their agency while bringing in new business as well as retaining current clients.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

I love the ease of use and the friendliess and quickness of tech support. We use it daily in all of our offices to keep us connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenesis?

The only downside is that there have been some macro errors that randomly pop up, but tech support is there to help if needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

You can save a contact/ send an email marketing/paying a policy/saved credit card numbers for the future payments/to measure opening statistics (newsletter/information)/To have a report for every contact and big data (with different filters), among others.

Amazing and useful application. There, you can find every detail that you need for your company. In my case, I work with a insurance company, and I could combine CRM (Big Data)/Payments/ Credit score/EmailMarketing/ and to retain my customers and prospects with different strategies that the system support. What do you dislike about Jenesis?

Maybe, if you need to add another important information you just can use a NOTE. the system doesn´t permit to add another aspect or scale of value. For example in source of contact. You have 3o r 4 options. In my case, I needed to add the name of the companies that the contact came for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?

For example, we had a problem with some functions, in terms of payments/policies. Laura & Gia (trainers on the system) gave us all the support in the platform and we resolved all our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

Jenesis is easy to use and customize to our agencies specific needs. The Team at Jenesis is always willing to listen and are willing to help with any and all concerns or needs. Nothing! The only other thing they could have done was to completely set up for our office. If there is something I dislike, I share with team and they will work on updating and correcting if they can! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

The system is very easy to use and pretty self explanatory. The few times I've had to call in for help, I get someone almost immediately (usually Benny, haha) and they're able to help resolve issues right there or get a ticket in and within a day or so, I have a resolution. What do you dislike about Jenesis?

Jenesis Now isn't the most visually appealing, and I think that can be a hindrance in performing work effectively sometimes. I'd also love to have the ability to use the acord forms that are within the system without having to link to a client. I would also love to have the ability to link my Google calendar into the system, right now I have to manually enter in everything again so I don't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jenesis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jenesis Now is tracking all of our clients data and info regarding them personally and their policy. It's a great way to keep track of policy changes and upcoming renewals. It's also a great way to track To-Dos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

Jenesis Software is by far the best Agency Management System I've found. I looked high and low for options that were user friendly, thorough and affordable. Jenesis checked all of my boxes and provided premier customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

Jenesis is so much easier to use and Navigate compared to our prior system, I absolutely love it. I personally integrated our old data, and enjoyed learning the new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenesis?

The only complaint I have about Jenesis is the lack of ability to log claims in the system, however you can upload files so tracking them is something you can do, it is just a different process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

I like the ease of use for managing clients in one easy location. This allows us to quickly view and help clients with all their insurance needs. The system is easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenesis?

Love how easy it is to scan in documents, emails and texts are great. we have a lot to enter still but we are all working on it and on the program every day. So glad we have Jenesis, Soon we will be paperless! Love all the suppoert we have as well all the Jenesis employees are amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish we had text notifications. I also would like it to be easier to merge cause we do have a lot of duplicates. Other then that LOVE jenesis . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downsides for jenesis right now are, just not being able to J-Link because of the new set ups with-in companies requiring us to use two step verifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
