You can save a contact/ send an email marketing/paying a policy/saved credit card numbers for the future payments/to measure opening statistics (newsletter/information)/To have a report for every contact and big data (with different filters), among others.
Amazing and useful application. There, you can find every detail that you need for your company. In my case, I work with a insurance company, and I could combine CRM (Big Data)/Payments/ Credit score/EmailMarketing/ and to retain my customers and prospects with different strategies that the system support. Maybe, if you need to add another important information you just can use a NOTE. the system doesn´t permit to add another aspect or scale of value. For example in source of contact. Jenesis is easy to use and customize to our agencies specific needs. The Team at Jenesis is always willing to listen and are willing to help with any and all concerns or needs. The system is very easy to use and pretty self explanatory. The few times I've had to call in for help, I get someone almost immediately (usually Benny, haha) and they're able to help resolve issues right there or get a ticket in and within a day or so, I have a resolution. Jenesis Now isn't the most visually appealing, and I think that can be a hindrance in performing work effectively sometimes. I'd also love to have the ability to use the acord forms that are within the system without having to link to a client. I would also love to have the ability to link my Google calendar into the system, right now I have to manually enter in everything again so I don't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jenesis Software is by far the best Agency Management System I've found. I looked high and low for options that were user friendly, thorough and affordable. Jenesis checked all of my boxes and provided premier customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only complaint I have about Jenesis is the lack of ability to log claims in the system, however you can upload files so tracking them is something you can do, it is just a different process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love how easy it is to scan in documents, emails and texts are great. we have a lot to enter still but we are all working on it and on the program every day. I like that Jesenis keeps up with payments and changes made on policies and what users make changes and keeps it organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
