With JazzHR, I enjoy being able to customize the workflow and what the manager has access to certain open positions. I also like that you have the option to automatically sync your jobs to the free job boards.
The only thing that is hard to manage is bouncing between applications. Occasionally, we have people that have applied previously or applied for multiple positions. To view these, it opens up a completely separate page then it opens a new tab. It would be a bit easier if all of that was accessed in one area or being able to toggle on the same tab between applications without having to open multiple tabs. I have a couple of positions that we are always hiring for, with that being said, if there are quite a few applications submitted, JazzHR starts to slow down when navigating within that specific job. Another thing I dislike is that you can only refresh your job after 90 days. I wish I could refresh it monthly.
I also wish that I was able to toggle through multiple applications for one candidate on one tab rather than having to open several and find notes within that profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It simplifies the hiring process with personalized workflows for text and email, job postings, and job analytics to assess the effectiveness of your post. Its platform saves time and reduces the "noise" of unqualified or out-of-area candidates haphazardly applying to your job and being charged for it. It lacks advanced AI-driven candidate matching and seems limited in the integrations I’m using. It forces an odd offloading process, exporting candidates in a CSV report, requiring another app to transfer the data. While it’s designed to be a standalone platform, it needs updates to support all necessary features. Additionally, the pricing structure is vague and includes an auto-increase function—if you exceed your job posting limit, it automatically upgrades you to the next tier without confirming the purchase. I like the level of customization that I have with this platform along with having quick response from admin whenever a question or issue arises. I use this plat form every day - multiple times a day, and it is very easy to use. We switched from another ATS and the implementation was seamless. If you are a recruiter, or HR manager I would highly suggest this platform, it made my job much easier and I feel like I have only scratched the surface of all that JazzHR can do. What I like best about JazzHR is their responsiveness and attentiveness. They answer emails quickly, provide excellent support, and ensure job postings reach the most important job sites. I like that it is easy to use & how much I can do with it. Beyond posting the job ad i have the ability to easily monitor candidates as well as to move them through the recruitment process alongside the hiring manager. My main dislike about JazzHR is how confusing the system can be to use if you haven't spent many, many hours using it or done some of the training. Many of the managers doing hiring only use the site to go through resumes and select ones they want to move forwards, but because they struggle to understand easily how to use the pages it can be difficult. JazzHR is easy to use and great for teams with multiple hiring managers. I can simply add a hiring manager to a job req, and they can sort through candidates, add comments, and suggest who should move onto the next steps. We use it every day all day, It's very functional, has a lot of options to customize emails and processes. It also posts jobs online and on LinkedIn. We also use it for different integrations, as well the implementation works amazing and its easy to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I use it to source from 2 different countries, it is challenging to filter the candidates by country. We have tried 2 different ways and a mixed filter is not an option. As well sometimes we struggle to get customer support for some actions that are not available or not visible, the support is very unresponsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I could customize my dashboard and candidate page to find data more easily.
