What do you like best about JazzHR?

JazzHR makes it easy to post jobs, upload candidates, tack candidates through the entire hiring process, and makes notes on each interaction you have with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

The only thing that is not the most convenient about JazzHR is that when a candidate applies for multiple positions you must manually merge them. Also you must set each job to a specific type of hiring status to keep the same settings across all jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Company did not have a way of reaching out to various job boards and tracking applicants. JazzHR does all of the work for you, thus providing a wide variety of applicants to choose from. What do you like best about JazzHR?

It simplifies the hiring process with personalized workflows for text and email, job postings, and job analytics to assess the effectiveness of your post. Its platform saves time and reduces the "noise" of unqualified or out-of-area candidates haphazardly applying to your job and being charged for it. What do you dislike about JazzHR?

It lacks advanced AI-driven candidate matching and seems limited in the integrations I’m using. It forces an odd offloading process, exporting candidates in a CSV report, requiring another app to transfer the data. While it’s designed to be a standalone platform, it needs updates to support all necessary features. Additionally, the pricing structure is vague and includes an auto-increase function—if you exceed your job posting limit, it automatically upgrades you to the next tier without confirming the purchase. What do you like best about JazzHR?

I like the level of customization that I have with this platform along with having quick response from admin whenever a question or issue arises. I use this plat form every day - multiple times a day, and it is very easy to use. We switched from another ATS and the implementation was seamless. If you are a recruiter, or HR manager I would highly suggest this platform, it made my job much easier and I feel like I have only scratched the surface of all that JazzHR can do. What do you like best about JazzHR?

I like that it is easy to use & how much I can do with it. Beyond posting the job ad i have the ability to easily monitor candidates as well as to move them through the recruitment process alongside the hiring manager. What do you dislike about JazzHR?

My main dislike about JazzHR is how confusing the system can be to use if you haven't spent many, many hours using it or done some of the training. Many of the managers doing hiring only use the site to go through resumes and select ones they want to move forwards, but because they struggle to understand easily how to use the pages it can be difficult. These are also the people least likely to take the time to learn, so simplicity and ease of use is a key factor in their experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

JazzHR provides a place where I can post and review applications in a way that is more streamlined than some other systems, whilst also allowing me to share specific jobs with the hiring manager to ensure they also have oversight. None! We have had no issues with JazzHR, and volunteered ourselves to be one of their use cases (we are a nonprofit). I can not say enough on how JazzHR has been instrumental in our growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started as a very small, 100% volunteer-staffed nonprofit with lofty growth goals. JazzHR has been our workhorse of an ATS allowing us to far exceed our initial plans. What do you like best about JazzHR?

JazzHR is easy to use and great for teams with multiple hiring managers. I can simply add a hiring manager to a job req, and they can sort through candidates, add comments, and suggest who should move onto the next steps. What do you like best about JazzHR?

We use it every day all day, It's very functional, has a lot of options to customize emails and processes. It also posts jobs online and on LinkedIn. We also use it for different integrations, as well the implementation works amazing and its easy to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

If I use it to source from 2 different countries, it is challenging to filter the candidates by country. We have tried 2 different ways and a mixed filter is not an option. As well sometimes we struggle to get customer support for some actions that are not available or not visible, the support is very unresponsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JazzHR?

I'm able to post a job in 1 place that gets posted to many job search sites. It simplifies my entire process and allows me to have 1 place to manage all of my efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I could customize my dashboard and candidate page to find data more easily. I also wish there were better candidate verification systems in place as I sometimes wind up interviewing people who are clearly not in the country or who are not real candidates. What do you like best about JazzHR?

I like how easy it is to use - its a one stop shop for organizing candidates. I like that I can create a process and flow that works for my company and then for individual job postings within the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that the career page had more options for customization without having to know CSS. It should be easy to change colors and sizes and layout with an easy preview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
