I don't like the interface. It is not intuitive and I have to read the manual frequently when I want to accomplish something. Too bad that it can't act as a mail server in times of crisis, it is just a repository for email that flows though your system. The interface from the product would need a little refresh as it doesn't look as a 2021 webpage but again, it's working well so not a big issue. We have been a Jatheon customer for over 10 years and have been extremely happy with how the product performs. Our appliance works without a hitch and is very easy to use. Like any technology solution there is sometimes minor issues, however, the Jatheon technical support team is top notch and is able to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
