Cherwell IT Asset Management has excellent integration capabilities with other software, this is especially important if you want to couple this ITSM solution with other asset tracking platforms.
Cherwell's support is one of the key highlights upon rating it; they are always available and ready to help you if you need support.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITAM?
Cherwell ITSM updgrades tend to break, we currently tried upgrading it and it broke causing our AD link between Cherwell to be disconnected.
Cherwell ITSM is slow and tends to take long to load tasks.

It is effortless to use, configure and administer and efficiently manage incidents, requests, and problems. We use Cherwell Asset Management to manage, administer and control all our IT assets. Simple GUI, Effortless, hassle-free easy to use and good to understand. We are using Cherwell asset management to manage, administer and control all Our IT Assets. By using this Application we have reduced our expenses and control the cost which we use for the resources. I like that we have an interface that can be customized to our liking. It shows our team a consistent track of all of our progress.
