The iSpring Suite helps us to create consistant e-learning modules in combination with a ton of usefull features. The way it is integrated within PowerPoint is very accessable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is little about iSpring I dislike. If there is one thing that would make it better, it is the way the custom templates (like colours and text) are handled in the different apps like quizmaker, talkmaster and visuals. It seems that you cannot make your own templates the default template that is used when you start a new. Each time I must select it by hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am profficient with Office products and iSpring integrates well with these. Since this is the case it is very easy to use and to convert Powerpoint for example into Scorm for moodle. I have had a few issues and customer support has been on hand. The webinars are greats to help you with the ease of implementation. The interactive features, such as role-play, have been a great asset to our training. Bringing our agents into interactive training modules has increased the retention of our material. The material is very easy to add to an LMS system. We have our own LMS, and the integration was smooth. It was also straight forward to start the creation process of our new training updates. in all honesty, i was disappointed when i couldnot publish my course. it simply showed i cant publish HTML Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the things I like the most is the versatility of use, as it allows creating a video course as well as a conversation simulator, turning a simple PDF into a magazine, or creating a quiz.
The integration with PowerPoint (a good part of the material for in-person training is already in that format) also helps a lot to reduce time and work.
In addition, the easy installation of the tool on a computer makes it suitable for people without technical training.
One can practically start creating decent content after a few hours of use, its learning curve is not steep.
Two features that save time, money, and effort are the Text-to-Speech tool and the character creator, the first converting text to voice very simply and the second allowing the creation of a highly personalized character in various poses.
Of all the tools, the one we like a lot is QuizMaker, as it is very simple both in the creation of quizzes and exams and in their maintenance.
Finally, it is very reassuring to have their 24/7 technical support service, to address any doubts we might have with a function or simply with the use of the license on a device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The official support in Spanish is something that would help a lot, although one can write to them in Spanish and the staff makes an effort to respond also in Spanish, the official response is in English.
The Interactions (or Visuals) tool used to create graphic organizers falls a bit short in terms of graphic customization and creating different behaviors, although this is something sacrificed in favor of ease of use and the tool's low learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
