I've been working as an eLearning consultant for quite a while, and I've had the chance to try out various eLearning authoring tools. I must say iSpring suite max is the best choice if you want to boost the quality and speed of your eLearning products. iSpring makes content creation a breeze but also makes it super easy for anyone to use. You won't have to worry about voiceovers, characters, interactive elements, ebook builder, templates, video editing, or role play software – it's all included. You can create awesome content for your LMS, mobile devices, and website without breaking a sweat. I've relied on iSpring to create top-notch eLearning products for my clients, and it has never let me down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my honest opinion, one area where iSpring falls short is its inability to handle complex simulations. You know, the kind of simulations where learners can interact with software in a safe and controlled environment. Unfortunately, that's one aspect where it could use some improvement. Another area is anaimation capabilities. While iSpring Suite Max allows you to create basic animations, it may not be as comprehensive as specialized animation software. Users looking for advanced animation features might find the tool's capabilities somewhat limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Designing, creating e-learning courses usually evokes bad feelings when the name SCORM is dropped. And that's where the iSpring package comes to the rescue. A package, because it's ultimately more than one piece of software that allows you to turn a training idea into a professionally built course. It's worth mentioning that existing licenses allow institutions such as institutes and universities to make it available in a server version so as to optimize purchasing and its use. At the Military Medical Institute -State Research Institute, since iSpring began to be used, the creation of the course can be carried out by the Content Author, which makes the course itself as faithful as possible to the author's ideas. Difficult to point out, it might be worth adding templates for courses, diplomas so as to shorten the path of learning tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was amazed by the iSpring features after the first try. I prepared comprehensive training in PowerPoint, but I did not know how to share it with my students without the fear that my knowledge would be abused.
ISpring Suite gave me all the features that I expected. What I like the most?
- Converting PPT to HTML, including all animations, transitions, etc.
- Text-to-voice feature, where all PPT notes should be converted into hundreds of languages and voices
- Embed option - I can embed to Powerpoint the third party codes and iSpring would play it
- Extensive protection. I appreciate the most white-label domains, which means that my HTML PowerPoint could be previewed only from dedicated websites
- Possibility to download the code and run it from my own servers
- Excellent customer support. They helped me even on Sunday night, which I really did not expect
- Possibility to edit the player, change the theme etc..
- Export files in different formats, enabling easy communication with other LMS platforms
- Easy switch the work from one computer to another

iSpring Suite has made it so easy to create engaging quizzes and interactive learning sessions. The software integrates with PowerPoint, so the learning curve was short and easy. I don't think there's an easier product to learn when it comes to creating interactive lessons and quizzes. Plus, the support from the company has been phenomenal. I've been using iSpring Suite for many months now, and I haven't seen any downsides to the software. If I had to come up with an issue, I guess it would be nice to have more downloadable examples of different things you can do with the software. But they already provide quite a few. iSpring Suite is easy to use right out of PowerPoint. I can add slides, quizes, videos, etc and have it imbedded in my presentation. There are a lot of characters that you can chose from to add a professional touch or a whimsical touch. The premade slide formats are helpful and really do make it easy to follow a desired pathway to a presentation or creation of a course that will be added to iSpring Learn. I like also that they are continue to update. There are new slides and features that reflect a wide varieity of businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took me many calls to the IT help desk to figure out how I can move material from my original personal computer to my work computer. The presentations would move over just fine, but the voice overs would not. The IT help desk showed me what I needed to do and we were able to resolve the issue. But it took me months before I was able to get it up and running because of that delay. I think there are many videos or guides that would be needed for some of us to figure it out on our own. The iSpring Suite is compatible with MS PowerPoint, which mean you can open PPT and use the Suite's many techniques to enhance trainings from right there. For example, I create asynchronous trainings for adults. I want to both engage them in the learning process AND make sure that they have picked up the key learning points by the end of the training. For enagement, I often use iSpring's fun, ungraded quiz and survey features as well as the customizable storyboards for learners to practice various "what would you do" scenarios. To test their knowledge, I use iSpring's graded quiz feature to generaate various questions and let learners know if they have passed the training by the end. The quiz results can also be emailed directly to me, so I am alerted when anyone passes or fails. This has been a game-changer for our trainings, which were previously just voiced-over slideshows with no interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service is responsive in terms of quick replies to email, but I've found that the representatives tend to prefer email, even when you request a videoconference for tech support. I am guessing they are trying to reserve these tech support sessions for the most-needed, but I personally find it frustrating to have to email back and forth if I have a tech question. I’ve found iSpring Suite to be an incredibly useful tool, especially since it integrates directly with PowerPoint. This makes creating engaging training content so much easier because I don’t have to switch between different platforms. I love how it lets me add quizzes and interactive elements, plus the built-in library of stock characters and objects is a great bonus. Uploading courses to my LMS is straightforward, and the customization options make it simple to tailor the training exactly to my needs. It’s amazing how much functionality is packed into one tool—it really opens up so many possibilities for designing creative, interactive courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One challenge I faced when I first started using iSpring Suite was the learning curve. With so many features and settings, it took a bit of time to figure out how to optimize everything for my LMS. Another hurdle was that some settings are spread across different sections, which meant a bit of extra navigation to tweak everything just right. However, after five years of working with it, those quirks have become second nature. Honestly, the benefits and flexibility it offers far outweigh the initial hurdles—it’s well worth the effort to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use that comes with iSpring Suite. I am a training and development manager, and prior to ispring, all of our training was done completely live. I purchased ispring suite to start builing e-learnings for my organization and it has worked great. I really appreciate it being imbedded into Power Point, a tool I am already familiar with. My biggest fear is that everything would look like a boring old power point presentation, but the tool is powerful and provides a lot of options for variety! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My biggest complaint with ispring suite, is it can be a little redundant when trying to test the completed courses prior to publishing them. It takes a minute or two for a preview to generate, if I find a small mistake that I want to correct immediatley, I have to close the preview to make the change, then the preview has to load all over again. I wish at least minor edits could be made without closing the preview. While its annoying, it would not deter me from making the purchase again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the Training Director for a large aerospace facility, I only use iSpring Suite for all of our FAA required training. It allows me to create and send out training modules that are site-specific and gives me the ability to track all of the results. The software is easy to dowload, easy to use and has a number of features to help create detailed training courses. I've only really had one technical issue in my years of using this software and received amazing and prompt customer support that quickly got me past it. I can't recommend iSpring Suite highly enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iSpring is heavily integrated with PowerPoint, so you need to be comfortable using PowerPoint to make the most of it. If you're not familiar with PowerPoint, this could be a barrier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy and fun to use, easy to navigate, if you don't know how to use a automation, interaction, quiz etc, the ''how to'' videos are extremely helpful.
Whenever I have contacted my account manager or customer service, they have been very responsive and solved any issues I've had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not that I dislike it, however, I have found using the search function for example, looking for a certain facial expression, is not always helpful. I find scrolling through the images I get a better selection, because what I end up choosing hasn't necessarily been tagged with the word used for searching. I also find this in the icons and objects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
