What do you like best about isolved?

I like that isolved is an all-in-one platform that brings payroll, HR, and timekeeping together in one system. This integration makes reporting and compliance more efficient. I also appreciate the improvement in timekeeping and reduction in manual processing and errors. The system provided employee self-service access to pay and tax information, which was very helpful. What do you dislike about isolved?

What do you like best about isolved?

They are up to date with the new OBBB requirements for OT. They respond quickly when running payroll glitches occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

Timekeeping. Too rigid and timeclocks actually did not work in our building. Also, when they offer to help us see what we can do to take advantage of options they send a sales person who doesn't know the actual functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

I liked that when I approved pay changes or job changes, the update showed on the screen right away. The downside was that sometimes it was hard to tell whether I had moved too quickly while approving those changes. I also really enjoyed how fast their response rate was. What do you dislike about isolved?

It felt very prehistoric compared to other HCMs. The lack of a mobile/app option ultimately turned us away. The web-based app just wasn’t functional for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

I rely on isolved for onboarding and payroll as a manager. It provides a centralized area for keeping employee records and makes payroll smoother. I appreciate the ability to easily pay employees, handle issues that would otherwise take time to resolve, and offer portals for caregivers to see pay. "User-Friendly ATS with Excellent Support, But Lacks Interview Management"
What do you like best about isolved?

The functionality is pretty easy once you learn how to use the system. It walks you through the sourcing process from requisition to approvals to job posting to background check/drug screen. I also like being able to create screening questions, which serve as an initial interview within the system.

I've also been super appreciative of the great customer support whenever I have a question or issue. We use it as a stand-alone tool (not integrated with our HCM), which works fine for now; but we're moving to a new HCM with and ATS, so we'll discontinue using isolved once we're up and running with that. What do you dislike about isolved?

I really wish it had interview management functionality. It feels incomplete as an ATS without a way to create interview questions and score them. This is a major missing piece. I also wish it generated offer letters. (If it does, I haven't found how to do that.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

I love how user-friendly isolved is, making it easy for me to manage tasks effectively. Additionally, isolved has proven to be a great investment for our organization, greatly supporting our payroll, onboarding, compliance, and rewards management. "User-Friendly Platform, But Customer Support Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about isolved?

The interface is easy to use, simple and seems to be self explanatory. The links to training and help guides are also good that they are right on the dashboard. It was easy to create a mailing for the Medicare Part D within the COBRA platform. It seemed as though it took longer to upload the employee names than it did to set up the mailing. Enlisting employees in COBRA is rather easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

Customer support is not very responsive. I have access to an HCM and the COBRA portal and there are a few times I was unable to log it, when I did get logged in the HCM was not available. It is also kind of strange that I need to log in using different URLs until I contacted customer service and they figured out, but this took a few days. A few days is a long time to wait to be able to log into the system. Also, there seems to be confusion who is the customer service person on our account. Customer service seems disointed and not very sure what they are doing. The response time for customer service needs to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

I use isolved to check my hours and paystubs, and it's really good for using PTO, helping me manage my PTO a lot better. I like being able to peek at my paystubs, and having a centralized place for benefits. It just makes doing things on the internet easier, and it's convenient. What do you dislike about isolved?

The clock-in feature is clunky on desktop. You could click it and it wouldn't register you clocking in or out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
