What do you like best about isolved?

They are very helpful with any questions that I have. They are always willing to help out. The integration with Employee navigator was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

Sometimes it takes multiple calls/emails to get something changed the correct way. Integration when it came to when benefit deductions would start for 1/1 was terrible! Sometimes the timeclock won't work, employees will try multiple times and we'll need to unplug and plug it back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also appreciate the reporting options available, which enhance my ability to access and utilize vital information quickly. Additionally, I am impressed with how easy it was to learn isolved's system, even when taking over from someone else; the tools available for learning are comprehensive and supportive, facilitating a smooth transition. isolved's customer service and hands-on approach are exemplary, ensuring mistakes in payroll, benefits, and onboarding can be rectified seamlessly and promptly, making my experience stress-free and efficient. What do you like best about isolved?

I appreciate that isolved supports a wide range of features, including HR, payroll, and applicant tracking, which makes it a comprehensive tool for managing various business needs. I find the search bar extremely valuable, especially when needing to quickly locate specific information with keywords, which enhances the overall ease of use. I also want to commend the amazing implementation team that made the initial setup of isolved very easy and seamless. Nothing I would say I dislike, however the transition from the implementation team to the support team could use some improvement. What do you like best about isolved?

I really appreciate the verification of time cards feature provided by isolved, as it helps streamline the process from employee to supervisor. Moreover, I am impressed with the ability to implement reimbursements directly in the time grid while doing payroll. This makes handling payroll far more efficient by integrating different functions seamlessly. Additionally, I find the tracking of certification expirations for staff to be a valuable tool, despite wanting a more consolidated approach for uploading certifications along with tracking their expiration dates. What do you dislike about isolved?

I find it frustrating to have tabs for services in isolved that we do not use or pay for, such as the WTC in my support hub tab that does nothing. It's confusing and unnecessary to have these visible when they require additional fees. Additionally, there are services included in our package that are not enabled by default, requiring us to call support to activate them, which is inconvenient and frustrating. I appreciate how isolved integrates various HR functions such as timekeeping, payroll, benefit enrollment and administration, and onboarding into a single platform, which significantly saves time and effort. The stability and security of the platform ensure minimal downtime, and when outages occur, they are managed swiftly and communicated effectively, helping to alleviate potential stress. I find the customer support exceptional, as issues are resolved promptly, and the knowledgeable support team helps to maintain a stress-free experience. The online iSolved University is an excellent resource, providing continuous learning opportunities that enhance my understanding and effective use of the platform. There seems to have been a transition in how trouble tickets were routed and responded to in the last six months. During this time, I had to follow up on trouble ticket communications, which I never had to do before. It might have been growing pains from getting into a new rhythm. What do you dislike about isolved?

I find several aspects of isolved challenging. The customer service and triage system seem inefficient, as they don't respond to inquiries and questions as well as I would hope. Additionally, there are issues with PTO approvals and accruals that I feel need improvement. The onboarding experience, especially from a contractor's perspective, could greatly benefit from enhancements. These issues have necessitated ongoing work with an optimization team weekly to address various kinks and the problems faced. Moreover, the integration capabilities are lacking, as I've had to use an additional tool that unfortunately does not integrate with isolved. The initial setup process also posed challenges, as it felt somewhat archaic and cumbersome in terms of uploading information. I like that isolved is very customizable, which allows me to tailor the platform to fit our needs in almost any situation. The software simplifies tracking everyone's time cards, making this task much easier and more efficient. Additionally, the carrier feed is incredibly helpful as it saves time and reduces repetitive tasks. I appreciate how isolved can be integrated with other tools like Sage Intacct and linked to our 401k program, enhancing our workflow and overall productivity. I find navigating the isolved platform challenging due to the overwhelming number of options, making it hard to locate specific reports, especially those with similar names.
