What do you like best about isolved?

I like it all and use it all, every day. There is so much that it does...reports are endless, You can write reports, enter payroll, time and attendance, HR, onboarding. WC tracking, just the tip of the iceberg. Customer service with Isolved is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

The only thing I have found that I don't care for is when changes are made behind the scenes at Isolved, sometimes the view of a particular screen will change and I don't find out until I go to that particular screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

They still cover everything we need in our HR and Payroll departments. They also are constantly improving and rolling out updates which is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

I like that isolved is self-serve for our employees. They can log in to their portal and update their information, which is convenient. The onboarding process for new employees is very easy with their onboarding wizard. It makes the process very streamlined, especially when we have employees in other states. Knowing the guidelines we have to follow, this platform does it all for us. The initial setup was very easy, and we were onboarded through the entire process with one of their team members. What do you dislike about isolved?

What do you like best about isolved?

What I like most about isolved is how intuitive and user friendly it is. It is easy to navigate makes daily tasks like payroll, time tracking etc easy. Has a good implementation and integrates well with other products and has everything at a place making which allows frequent use and Customer Support is good and responsive and helps whenever there is an issue. What do you like best about isolved?

The software is very easy to use for bulk texting and bulk emailing candidates. It's great that I can automate responses and have candidates automatically moved to fill out an application after sending their resume. What do you dislike about isolved?

It's not clear the difference between LinkedIn, LinkedIn organic, and LinkedIn billable. I don't understand why there needs to be three different options for LinkedIn when linking the iSolved application to LinkedIn applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about isolved?

The platform really makes it easier for payroll processing as well as seeking candidates for job postings. The onboarding process is also valued with my role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

Sometimes the platforms glitches on me. More recently, when I login, I have to refresh the page, because it doesn’t capture my first login. It can also be confusing with multiple logins for different platforms such as Cloud versus Hire. It sometimes can seem more complicated to navigate than it should be. What do you like best about isolved?

I love that isolved offers electronic options that are user-friendly and highly effective in staying updated with regulatory, state, and government law changes, which ensures compliance and efficiency in operations. The seamless integration between iHire and isolved is particularly beneficial, as it eliminates the previous manual recruiting processes, resulting in a more thorough and efficient workflow and significantly reducing the time required to fill positions. I am very impressed with the knowledgeable and helpful customer service, which is always quick to take calls and resolve any questions or issues, making my experience with isolved very positive. What do you dislike about isolved?

I would like to return to having a designated contact representative for iHire. This change has negatively impacted our relationship. Also, the integration between iSolved and iSolved Benefits (Flex/HRA) is not currently compatible with the Kabel platform, and though I have been told the issue is being addressed, I have not received any updates for some time. What do you like best about isolved?

isolved has been used by our company for over 20 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

We constantly have issues with the app. People can't log on, the app stalls, they don't get service so can't clock in.. it's endless, employees are in my office weekly to complain about the app... And when I process payroll inevitably there is ALWAYS an issue. This week bereavement leave disappeared so an employee was unable to submit. And one employee did not have his employer match for retirement go through. Issue after issue.. The initial setup was terrible and support tries to correct every week but we dont know what will go wrong the next week. Its always something new Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
