From the very beginning of our transition away from our previous payroll provider, the team at PNI HCM was top notch. They had a dedicated team to help me with every step of the transition. I liked this because I got to know those individuals and they got to know me and understand our business. Every member of the transition team was very responsive and quick to get back to me when I had a question. They were also quick to provide solutions for any problems. I really like that I have developed a relationship with indiviuals at PNI HCM. This is differnet from my experience with previous payroll providers. As an HR dept of one, PNI is always at the ready when I need them. That includes not only assistance with the iSolved platform with their excellent customer support but the many trainings they offer. If they offer a training, I sign up for it. They are incredibly valuable and relevant. If an email comes out from the IRS, DOL, EEOC etc., about changes to reporting, PNI will have a training taking users through the steps of how to easily access or build the necessary reports out of iSolved. They turn the trainings around quickly and have never failed in the five years we have been with them to ensure we are reporting efficiently and accurately. Working with PNI began with ease of integration and implementation of the iSolved platform and has grown into a easy, reliable working relationship for all things payroll and HR. You can't ask for a friendlier and caring customer service support team. My HR Advisor is someone who I can rely on with her expertise, quick to respond, and her professionally caring service. Included in what I like best is the full PNI*HCM platform. It's easy to use from the ATS to the onboarding platform and benefit services. I can't say enough about PNI*HCM. Great company. Payroll Network is the first payroll software that our company has ever had that handles all of the many state taxes we have to track. With Payroll Network, we've never gotten a delinquency notice or n incorrect amount paid on our taxes, which is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with any questions or needs. Also, their ability to streamline employee onboarding, applicant tracking, and allowing for system integrations so that Payroll Networks system talks to our other systems saves our staff so much time and makes processes much more efficient.
