It sends manual reminders, and theres not much more to it. We stopped using it last year, so I am unsure if they have improved some features. Also, there a sync with Clio which is good but not for payments which is a pain. Fees needs to be manually recorded with this software so that is a setback. **What problems is InvoiceSherpa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes some follow up work automated which saves time in the day ### 2. Very effective. Extremely useful technology that will allow the user to better record their own invoices and better track their finances. In today's economy, that is extremely useful considering everyone has been tightening up their expenses. It has helped our company track our expenses and see where our money is going, and where we could potentially cut some costs, which is great. I like how it integrates into our accounting software; we think that is extremely useful. I would rate it a 9/10 for a software like this and would recommend to any of my peers, both personal and professional. I believe we will keep using it in the future too. **What do you dislike about InvoiceSherpa?** I think the interface could be a little stronger and easier to use.It seems a little out of date, but I think, with the right leadership, they could turn it around very quickly.The customer support seems like it also lacking to some degree. **Recommendations to others considering InvoiceSherpa:** I would definitely give it a shot. I think it's an effective tool to analyze your cash flow and see what areas your business could need improvement on. Very great software. **What problems is InvoiceSherpa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using InvoiceSherpa to manage our cash flow and see where we could improve our business. Other benefits that we have realized is that we able to cut out some of our excess spending for things that don't appear to extremely useful to us anymore. It has allowed to realize where it is best to spend our resources and our time. ### 3. As a business owner I know numbers are not always the most fun, but with InvoiceSherpa's sleek look interface I sometimes honestly forget I'm doing something with numbers. I also love how easy it is to use and laid out for anyone on my team to use. **What do you dislike about InvoiceSherpa?** The pricing seems a bit off. I know that other invoicing software is free/cheaper and I found that only offering a 14-day trial isn't really keeping up with other Softwares. **Recommendations to others considering InvoiceSherpa:** I would use this in business applications between B2B personally. Super easy to use and there is ever a free trail to try it out! **What problems is InvoiceSherpa solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving lots of account problems, but mainly it's my customer relationship that I'm solving. I found it being easier to focus on the work first before the money keeps my clients happy. ### 5. We use Xero for many of our entities and integrating InvoiceSherpa has been really straight forward. There is enough customization capabilities, but do not expect a custom made software level of adaptability to your requirements. **What do you dislike about InvoiceSherpa?** Although you can adapt the branding of the reminders to your own, it goes just up to certain point. We still found trouble with some colors unable to be edited, and made it weird looking together with our branding colors. Would be great to edit all parts of the email reminders directly from the platform. Additionally, sometimes the platform is really slow to load and in many occasions we found that changes we made did not actually impact. It does not have an actually usable history log or follow-up functionality to keep track of the status of each of the accounts. Would be nice to have it included here as well. Had lots of bugs and glitches at the beginning, but support were very handy in sorting all the situations that we flagged, although not as quick as we would wanted. It was evident that it was a new startup, so we had this consideration. **Recommendations to others considering InvoiceSherpa:** Make sure you make an exhaustive test of the trial version to make sure the product gathers all the functionalities expected. Consider all combinations of possible scenarios. There's nothing better than seeing for yourself in a real-life environment. **What problems is InvoiceSherpa solving and how is that benefiting you?** As any business with a fairly "medium" to "big" customer data base, and invoicing on a NET 30 default payment terms, it could be quite challenging to keep track of every reminder to send them to remember due dates, or give a heads up in case they did not pay on time. ### 6. Decent enough conversation but held firm on the pricing unless we switched payment processing to theirs. The system has automatically run out clients' credit cards a few times. Usually, you have to file several support tickets and they rarely pick up the phone. It was confusing to setup. In accounting, you want to be as professional as possible but you will look really dumb in front of your clients after you automatically process their credit cards. **Recommendations to others considering InvoiceSherpa:** Even though they have the lowest price, you'll regret choosing them later on. **What problems is InvoiceSherpa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automated email reminders and recurring automatic billing ### 10.
